This dunkin is terrible. They can never do what you ask. I always get a strawberry dragon fruit refresher with green tea but if i don’t ask for more strawberry then green tea, i get handed a drink that looks like river water and tastes like watered down green tea. I have to literally ask them to make the drink the right way. and half the time when i do ask for extra strawberry, they don’t do it. This morning i got a plain toasted bagel and i asked for extra cream cheese (because if i don’t, i get a dry bagel with a smudge of cream cheese) i get home and there was less than a smudge of cream cheese. I always go to this one because one day it’ll be great then the next, it’s awful. I don’t know why it’s so hard to just do what customers ask, especially when it comes to food and drinks.

Dunkin is great for regular people bt definitely not for people w diabetes From what I was told sugar is in the coffee I don't know if for all coffee by it is added already to the frozen coffee

Whoever made the donuts, specifically the Boston creme donuts, today 3/22/24 9:30am … May you have everything you ever want in life. I hope your pillow is always the cool side, I hope you never sit in traffic, I hope you always have a nice tax refund, I hope you find money on sidewalks everyday. The store was running good until this morning not sure what's going on. Ordered bacon and egg bites and a large coffee and waited almost 15 minutes for it in the drive-thru. I hope it's not going the way of the Exeter store which is in abysmal failure.

Worst customer service. The managers don't care and rude,this place is inconsistent with its food and drinks. This place has opened my eyes to how much better starbuck is. Hopefully one day this will hire competent managers.

Rude staff and never get an order right. If you order frozen coffee it will be melted. Order flavors you won't get them. Bacon on toast will be next to nothing. Looked like 5 pieces of bacon bits.

this location is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I went to this location coming through town on Thanksgiving. My husband and I went through the drive through and asked for a receipt. We started to drive away when we realized we paid for the wrong order. My husband went in and explained the situation and said we were charged for someone else’s order. Ours wasn’t far off but still the point. The “general manager” on duty gave him $0.51 and when my husband asked how he figured that was correct he gave attitude and said “I don’t have time for this” and told him to get out of “his” store. When he said he was reporting him to corporate and asked for his name he walked away. I called the store and requested to ask for the manager on duty and he said his name was Sincere (not sure if that’s how it’s spelled) I explained the situation and basically said the only reason I called was to get his name to report to corporate since he refused to give it to my husband. I will NEVER go to this location again. I think everyone there needs to learn customer service and respect
