This place is a joke the staff are so rude and being a business owner myself you know customer service is number one. Then not to mention it takes them 15 minutes we waited for our food and half the time you never know what you’re going to get it’s always a mystery. It’s not like they are busy. You really need to step up and take care of your business better and get better stuff or don’t own a business.

So as I was drinking my drink, I ordered this drink at around 9:20 btw, I noticed something sharp in my mouth. I don’t know if it’s a piece of glass or plastic and I’m scared to think there was more in there.. but I honestly don’t know what to do about this. I figured my drink was gonna be bad because I ordered it around closing time, but I’d never imagine finding things in my drink. Also I’ve gone to this dunkin my entire life so I’ve never had any problems till now..

Usually slow so order ahead in the app if you have it. Seems to be getting slower every few months, just like the other fast food places in Douglasville. Donuts are delicious and fresh. Coffee is excellent. Service not so much.

The young lady who worked the drive through today( Thanksgiving) was a complete delight. She was so pleasant and friendly.My order was perfect too. Thank you.
We will never come back because this employees are incompetent at their job. First of all they took like 4-5 minutes to take my order, they didn’t show up until I hooked. Then i went to the window to pay, they grabbed my money and they closed the window right on my face after giving me my change without an explanation. After that we waited for 15-20 minutes for 4 coffees that never came. When they never gave my order after almost half an hour I decided to go inside to see what was happening. I ask for my coffee and they said they were busy cleaning the machines (thing that they never said before closing the window in my face at the drive trough) that I had to be more patient, so i decided to take a refound and they said that it would take another 15 minutes because no manager was in the store but there was a girl named Emely saying that she was a manager that if I had no patience to wait, please leave her store ( if she was the manager then why not help your employees and just be on the phone talking crap about the costumers). At the end I decided to leave WITHOUT MY MONEY because “the manager” was not helping at all and just saying “Please leave my store”. I had no more patience and left the place. NEVER COMING BACK EMELY, THANK YOU!

With the way prices are these days, you can’t charge for something and deliver less than what the customer ordered.

The cup felt super lite…
Upon removing the lid…it was half full…(I’m optimistic)…

Had a wonderful experience at this Dunkin this morning with my mom and my aunt. We were just passing through, and saw a Dunkin, so we swung by for a quick sandwich and a drink before getting back on the road. The woman behind the counter was excellent, the food was fresh, and the coffee was HOT. It was just a great experience.
