The young lady who worked the drive through today( Thanksgiving) was a complete delight. She was so pleasant and friendly.My order was perfect too. Thank you.

We will never come back because this employees are incompetent at their job. First of all they took like 4-5 minutes to take my order, they didn’t show up until I hooked. Then i went to the window to pay, they grabbed my money and they closed the window right on my face after giving me my change without an explanation. After that we waited for 15-20 minutes for 4 coffees that never came. When they never gave my order after almost half an hour I decided to go inside to see what was happening.
I ask for my coffee and they said they were busy cleaning the machines (thing that they never said before closing the window in my face at the drive trough) that I had to be more patient, so i decided to take a refound and they said that it would take another 15 minutes because no manager was in the store but there was a girl named Emely saying that she was a manager that if I had no patience to wait, please leave her store ( if she was the manager then why not help your employees and just be on the phone talking crap about the costumers). At the end I decided to leave WITHOUT MY MONEY because “the manager” was not helping at all and just saying “Please leave my store”. I had no more patience and left the place. NEVER COMING BACK EMELY, THANK YOU!

My daughter just ordered and bought this coffee for me via Drive Thru… Order #5189…
Large Coffee.
Essentially filled half way….
Paid for a Large…Did not get a large.
With the way prices are these days, you can’t charge for something and deliver less than what the customer ordered.
Nothing was consumed.
The cup felt super lite…
Upon removing the lid…it was half full…(I’m optimistic)…

Had a wonderful experience at this Dunkin this morning with my mom and my aunt. We were just passing through, and saw a Dunkin, so we swung by for a quick sandwich and a drink before getting back on the road. The woman behind the counter was excellent, the food was fresh, and the coffee was HOT. It was just a great experience.

Love this Dunkin’, the wait is never long here even with a line in the Drive Thru and never any issues with my orders! Bonus: The young guy with the brown curly hair working the Drive Thru in the mornings is always so sweet :) Give that man a raise!

Honestly I’m not even sure if I’m reviewing the correct Douglassville Dunkin but considering they both were unhelpful this morning, it would be a copy and paste to each of their pages anyway. I was running late this morning and placed a mobile order. In my haste I forgot there were two Dunkins in Douglassville. It wasn’t until I was at drive thru and they told me they didn’t have a mobile order for me that I remembered where the other one was. I was rudely told by one of the employees that I needed to go to the other one to get my order and when I asked if there was any way he could fill the order since it was an oversight, he told me no. So I asked if he could refund the money and again I was told no. But it was the way I was told no… the demeanor. He was rude. He also told me it wasn’t his problem that I ordered from the wrong Dunkin (because both of them being on the same major roadway hasn’t caused any confusion in the past, right?). This is a Dunkin I frequent every single day I work- to the point they likely know my order. I think that’s what bothers me most- that I’m a regular customer and was treated the way I was. I leave and immediately call the other Dunkin in hopes they can refund my money… because I’m human and made a mistake. But nope, she was even less helpful than the first guy. She told me I had to come in to have the money refunded to me- if I’m going in there, I’m just gonna get my order! I asked her why I had to be there in person to cancel my order and get a refund and she had no answer for me. I have since opened a claim with corporate- it’s not something I wanted to do because it’s not a lot of money but their completely disrespectful way it was handled needs to be addressed.
The automated ordering is a disgrace put actual person behind the register. Also too worried about the drive through orders over in person.
The coffee is usually cold, as are the workers. I don't blame the workers, though. I'd be miserable if I was underpaid and overworked as well.I go here when desperate.
