Usually slow so order ahead in the app if you have it. Seems to be getting slower every few months, just like the other fast food places in Douglasville. Donuts are delicious and fresh. Coffee is excellent. Service not so much.
Some of the staff they have in there have NO IDEA how to conduct themselves in a workplace...young men acting very childish while older 2 pick up the pieces!!! Nobody wants to hear a goofy kid yelling he burnt someone's food!!!
Had a wonderful experience at this Dunkin this morning with my mom and my aunt. We were just passing through, and saw a Dunkin, so we swung by for a quick sandwich and a drink before getting back on the road. The woman behind the counter was excellent, the food was fresh, and the coffee was HOT. It was just a great experience.
