Only Dunkin in the area I’ll go to. Staff is awesome! Everyone is always nice and helpful if you have a questions. Orders are always on point unlike others where I could always expect something to be wrong.
Usually slow so order ahead in the app if you have it. Seems to be getting slower every few months, just like the other fast food places in Douglasville. Donuts are delicious and fresh. Coffee is excellent. Service not so much.
Some of the staff they have in there have NO IDEA how to conduct themselves in a workplace...young men acting very childish while older 2 pick up the pieces!!! Nobody wants to hear a goofy kid yelling he burnt someone's food!!!
