Stopped by for a quick breakfast this morning and it was delicious! Fresh, fast, and made to order. I ordered two of the brisket, egg, and cheese on a kaiser roll; one with the spicy bbq sauce and one with the sweet bbq sauce. The spicy had just the right kick and my brother enjoyed the sweet sauce. This sandwich was so packed with eggs and meat and we both were so full, skipped lunch. We will be back again to try dinner options!

Hillbilly BBQ catered my son's 18th birthday party. He stayed in contact after I placed my order making sure I was happy with my selections and to make sure he had an accurate head count up until the day of the party! The food was delicious and we got so many compliments. The chicken and ribs were the crowd favorite. He even made all this happen after he was unfortunately robbed the day before and didn’t miss a thing or delay my order. Well done Hillbilly BBQ!

I have one question how does one wash their hands properly if there is no running hot water ?. Correct me if you can ?

Overall a good experience, I got ribs that had a great Smokey flavor with a good bite, only critique I have is they could use a little more seasoning but all in all a great experience and I’d definitely go again

Hillbilly catering is NOT the way to go, was very unsatisfied with everything. Food was very dry, the communication was horrible. Asked 2months in advance to change a few things on menu and they never changed them. Told cater to come at a certain time and they showed up 2hrs early. We ran out of food even though we upped our count so we’d have extra just incase. NOT worth the money that was spent!

we have ate at pretty much the most BBQ in Gatlinburg, Sevier county, not to mention traveling across the country and I have to say these ribs are phenomenal, it's almost impossible to find anything that I would consider great and memorable,I mentioned Preacher's bbg and the owner had nothing but good things to say , he went in the trailer and gave me a sample rib , I took a bite and I swear I saw my father that past years ago ,they that good, one of those flavors you'll remember for years to come . excellent job Hillbilly bbg.
