Chicken & Ribs were both very disappointing! Chicken sandwich must have been in juice that made bun very soggy & no flavor. Ribs were disappointing no flavor. Unfortunately if you want BBQ with NO FLAVOR this is place for you. Definitely not worth the money. Disappointed ?

My husband got lunch here last week and it was awesome. This morning I got the brisket egg and cheese. The ratio of egg cheese and brisket was perfect. The meat had an awesome smokey but not too Smokey flavor! Friendly and quick service! Will definitely be back.

Hillbilly bbq starting opening at 6am Tuesday-Friday for breakfast sandwiches. I stopped in with an order of 6 and it only took 10 minutes! Hot and fresh and on my way. They gave me a business card to call ahead if I wanted them done when I arrived in the future. There was plenty of people picking up completed multi sandwich orders while I was waiting. I will definitely take advantage of the call ahead option next time.

This was our first time eating hillbilly and we decided to use him to cater our Christmas Eve party. He took us on short notice. Was very accommodating. Delivered everything to us all the guests enjoyed everything we had. The brisket the ham which i can't say enough about and the pulled pork. All were incredible. The kids devoured the mac and cheese. He gave us detailed instructions and everything turned out perfect. The coleslaw was exceptionally good and the barbecue carrots were quite the surprise. I didn't think I would like them and ended up eating a lot of them. We will definitely be using again and I would recommend to anyone
