Food was as expected. It wasn't very busy and I honestly didn't wait long and they apologized for the wait. The staff was really friendly and attentive. A lot of places you go the staff is too busy joking around with each other or on their phones but they were on it! Greay customer service!

Pulled up to this McDonald’s and the first thing I saw was a worker clearly on something, waving at people who weren’t even there. The food was mid, the Coke was mid, honestly everything here is just mid. Save yourself the trip and go somewhere else 🥲

Amazing service from Alex, who was working almost alone to get orders out to the drive thru with a smile on his face the whole time. He was apologetic for the wait time and got everything correct. Wonderful service and we will be back for more!

Had a great experience tonight at this location! It seemed like they were having some technical issues and low staff for the night, but had wonderful service provided by Alex at the drive thru! Thank you for the hot food and cold drinks!

These guys can’t count or remember anything. Can’t blame them, they probably ate the lettuce and it has brain eating bacteria in it. Always tastes great, but how hard is it to put 6 McNuggets in a box? Would’ve loved to dip them in the sweet n sour sauce that I didn’t get. Love my limited edition drink, but I wish I had a straw to drink it with.

My mom picked up food for my son this afternoon and my son was almost done his drink when he noticed a dead worm in it. He already has food issues called ARFID and won’t eat certain things. Now he doesn’t want to drink or eat even at home because he’s worried theirs worms in it…

Don’t expect your food to be ready when you get to the window. You will sit in a waiting spot for over 10 minutes. Then when they do show up it’s not the right order.

The manager and staff did an excellent job under challenging circumstances. They were clearly short-staffed because a couple of employees didn’t show up for their shifts (likely due to back-to-school season). Despite this, the team worked hard and communicated openly—letting customers know before they ordered that there would be delays.
Unfortunately, while we were there, one customer became loudly and angrily vocal about the wait. His behavior disrupted the atmosphere, made other customers uncomfortable, and added unnecessary stress to the already overworked staff. My daughter didn’t like his swearing and it upset her. This was especially frustrating because the delay had been clearly disclosed, the long line was visible, and anyone choosing to stay and order was knowingly accepting a longer wait time.

The staff on duty were doing their jobs diligently, and the food was fine (my daughter liked her happy meal) —the real issue was with the employees who failed to show up, putting extra pressure on the rest of the team. I applaud the crew that stayed calm, worked steadily, and kept things moving despite the disruption. They truly went above and beyond in a difficult situation.
I am gluten free so I just got fries but my daughter got a hamburger happy meal as a treat for helping me with a chore. We only waited long enough for her, then I to use the bathroom separately. Not really too long.

I ordered through the kiosk and I did 2 ranch snack wraps without SHREDDED CHEESE. It was legit on the receipt and everything too. I got home which is 20 minutes away. Opened my food, saw that there is cheese on both of the wraps. I don’t like cheese so I went 20 minutes far to the same McDonald’s again. Asked for the manager and said that they got it wrong. She did not apologize but just made them again and did nothing. I only wanted my snack wraps but this was just to let beware. And also, they sometimes do not use gloves whenever I went there.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS MCDONALD'S. Been over 2 years since I've been here and it certainly didn't get any better. If you search the word incompetent, a photo of a McDonald's employee should show up. I was very clear no onions because they make me sick and what do they give me......a ton of onions. This is the worst location around. The wrong sauce, no ketchup after asking right before they handed me the bag. Yep he says it's in the bag. Considering any time I've been at a McDonald's something is wrong and I'm not picky but I want what I ordered and how I ordered it. Obviously management is useless since it's always the same problem with their employees. They also served me mcnuggets that were so dry and rubbery. Simply disgusting. The sandwich with onions got thrown away and so did the nuggets which means I paid almost 20 dollars for a soda and fries. Never again. They need to close this place down because it's food unfit to serve anyone. I'd sooner starve then have to eat anything from this place. I did notice that there are no comments by any McDonald's managers in response to any of these very poor reviews, but I'm not surprised either, however that does speak volumes.

The French fries were great, no small or little burnt fries at all and we both enjoyed our burgers. The only reason 4 stars is they forgot napkins.

Went there this late morning. Place looked brand new. Soooo clean. WOW. STILL WISH THE OILD MC DONALD ATIER WAS STIILL HERE. The kids miss the fun look of Mc Dinalds. It's a bit boring and Blaaaa now. I preferr not eating in. Even my great grand kids rather eat at home. PLEASE COME BACK WITH THE real McDonalds design.. Please.......... it's for Family.
They will not take your order and are always understaffed. Ownership is really bad and staff is very ignorant.
