My boss and I ducked in for a quick lunch and slices of pepperoni pizza. The pizza was hot and the slices were a good size. Pleasant staff and atmosphere. Will visit again.

Jim & Nenas is a Dover small business with additional locations. The family runs a tight ship, with consistent quality food and prompt service. The restaurant is clean, as are the bathrooms. There is plenty of parking in their parking lot. I have only purchased pizza there, which I find to be good, but they have a full menu and ice cream. Recommended.

Well, I have always liked the food including the tuna salad, Italian subs and the sub rolls... but... They need to seriously not cram hot food into bags with cold subs and they need to not put cold subs anywhere near the pizza over. Everything about our cold subs last week with lettuce, tomatoes and onion was warm, soggy and squishing out all over. It was a gross disaster. Guy only looked et me confused when I asked why my cold subs felt hot and why the hot fries were in the bag with the cold subs. I just sighed and left.

Some young woman answered my call and when I I asked if the fish was broiled or fried on their subs, I received a very condescending response to my questions and when I picked arrived home I found that my order was wrong. I used to patron this place a lot and I have began to distance myself from this place because of the rude answering service and the misunderstood order (not sure how I could have been clearer). I’ve given this place a few shots and the young woman who always answers when I call in just ruined it for me for the last time. Maybe try this place for lunch when you don’t have rude inconvenienced teenagers answering the phone…

I'm a raving fan! I frequent the Dover location at least twice a week and have never had a bad meal there. It's an order at the counter and they'll bring it to your table format. The food comes quickly, it's consistently excellent and a super good value. Pizza and sanwiches are top notch and their staff really hustles to make it a great experience. Be prepared that it can get really hot inside the dining area in the summer, but honestly a very minor complaint.

I used to eat here years ago and the pizza was amazing . Over the years it has slowly declined. The service is still amazing . The place hasn't ever changed. The pizza is slipping. Was alittle upset to be honest. Used to be my favorite pizza joint. I live over an hour away and was passing thru and it was supposed to be the highlight of my trip for the day. I will stop back again and try it . I was one of the first customers of the day. I hope that's was the issue was.
