Waited over 20 minutes for an easy mobile order a placed more than 15 minutes before. Staff had 4 cars in waiting and staff were inside having an ice cream party instead of waiting on customers, rude teenagers. I’m so over this place

I waited over 10 minutes for my food at the drive-thru 2 window. And the thing that just really grinds my gears is that we are made to feel bad when after 10 minutes we come in to get our food. I say this because this isn't the first time or the second time that this has happened this is the fourth time. At this particular location. I work very hard at trying to not lose my temper when clearly mismanagement is at the helm but it's getting hard now because obviously there's a problem at the store. Clearly some strong management is needed.

I am glad to see that they got rid of the two and three dollar upcharge just for getting the sandwich in Dover. You can actually get a $2 Mcdouble now instead of $4
Not a Fan does the new french fries, kind of a sawdust flavor....mmmm ” can I get a saw blade and a couple packets of sap with that.?

Ordered chicken big Mac. Got regular instead. Walk to work so I can't take it back. Annoying. Only a few cents so not the end of the world. Still Annoying, though

I would avoid this drive-through if it all possible. Or hopefully get into the lane that actually works. 10 cars went through one drive-through before two cars got through the other.

They list their weekend hours open until 1am, but they always close early...most of the time 15min early and then they ignore you even though they all see you. If you do speak to an associate the manager will not come speak to you. This has happened to me and others in this area multiple times. When do they have to be held accountable for this?
