I ordered through the app and I ordered it for the drive thru and the app made it for inside pickup and has done so for about a week when I tried to tell the lady taking my order what happened she gave me a bad attitude for it ! I was so mad when I got home I drove back and told the manager I would like a apology and the lady still gave me a attitude about it! I will not go there again and I went to this McDonald's a lot ! I don't need this when I go too eat !

Ordered a Quarter pounder with cheese meal win no onions. I had to pull ahead after receiving my drink order and wait. (All I ordered was the value meal). After waiting about seven minutes or so, I got my order and drove home. When I got home and opened the container with the sandwich it looked like it was stomped on the ground and a slice of cheese thrown on it. At least they didn’t put onions on it. See picture.

Drive through pretty fast. Food was hot. Got the big breakfast. Pancakes are actually good.

I am curious how genuinely incompetent you must be to work at McDonald's. This is the absolute most ridiculous place I have ever wasted my money at. I have tried ordering a simple $15 order 3 times at 3 different McDonald's and not a single one got my order correct. They gave me French fries that I did not order. The one time I got no sauce for my nuggets, this time I got honey, not buffalo. I am so livid that not a single McDonald's worker out of 3 different buildings that I have tried can get a simple order correct. Thank you for being the most disappointing fast food place ever created and wasting my money.

I never got my food. I didn't appreciate being treated so rudely in the Drive-Thru. No question asking if am I ready to order, I get there's a line. I don't often eat at McDonald's and I needed a minute to look at the menu. I told the rude young man what meal I wanted and while I was looking for non soda drink options he just kept on repeating himself with a more inconsiderate tone as he went on. Didn't even give me the opportunity to ask can you give me a moment, nothing. Just kept on with an attitude and asking are you going to order a drink?!
I'm sorry but McDonald's of Dover your drive-thru attendance need to do better.

Young man, if you don't like working with people or have the patience then move to the fryer!! Your tude because I wasn't fast enough for you was not positive customer service experience, that's why I left the drive thru. Hope you realize not everyone wants to be spoken to with an attitude.

Update... left parking lot of MCDONALD'S,
Made a right, took road to end, made another right, made a left into WAWA, walked in... ordered food, everyone nice and happy... received food quickly, healthier options and cost less! Yes, there was a line but everyone smiled and made the best of it.
The photo... a bunless burger with Avocado and chipotle sauce. Less calories and much healthier than the crap from McDonald's and if you want fries they make fries too definitely not going to McDonald's anymore

When trying to enter the drive-thru, there were three or four kids one wearing a McDonald's outfit doing wheelies through the parking lot drive-thru. Me and my family waited patiently until they moved, ordered our food, and let the cashier know that there were people blocking the drive-thru. We waited a while for our food, which one we got was cold. When leaving the parking lot, you have to go by the drive-thru. The kids were still blocking the drive-thru as a car waited. I just shook my head and kept driving other restaurants nearby. I'll skip this one next time

I just moved into the area and i went to this location twice both times i was told to pull up and wait both times i had to wait on a burger the reason i hate being told to pull up is because the store will get credit for serving me at a fast paced when in fact they didnt serve me at a fast pace i think its management due to the fact i used to be a restaurant manager years ago and the store service or lack of service always lands on who is running that location

Last time stopping here. My order was wrong,again. Made me wait at the timeout window for a big Mac while 5 cars leave that were behind me. And after all of that they still got the order wrong. This place is a joke

Management here must be very poor. I like to order my 2 kids happy meals for lunch on the weekends and the last several times I have ordered through DoorDash the orders have been wrong. Today I ordered 2 chicken nugget happy meals. In one of the happy meals, I was given a small pancake inside the nugget box. With no nuggets. How do you mess that up?! I’ll be sticking to a different restaurant from here on out. Very poor service here.

This place is a joke. There orange juice machine hasn't worked in over 2 plus months. Everytime we ask they say its broken, its out for repair. The owner needs to just buy a machine stop being cheap your customers would like orange juice with there breakfast. I hope the owner sees all there bad reviews and corporate does something about it soon cause its going down hill in the 3 years we have been coming here.
