Apparently they don't want to honor the advertising so I had to cancel that order and reorder to pay on the app for $26. Then gave me the GMs phone number who refuses to take my call so not much of a manager there. So long story short poor management makes for poor customer service. I will be contacting corporate, news, and attorney general. These are not the times to take advantage of people trying to feed their families.

While picking up my pizza this evening, the first thing I noticed was how hot it was inside! I paid for my order and waited (I was early, no big deal). I couldn't help but see how the employees were working their tails off even though it was so hot! I did chat with Staci, who was just lovely, and she apologized for my wait, again not her fault. My hand tossed supreme pizza was excellent! I wonder how many employees would have been able to work under these conditions, quite frankly I'm surprised no one passed out. Come on Mr. Spataro, your loyal employees deserve better than this!! GET THE AIR CONDITIONER FIXED!

I ordered my pizza on line. It was ready for pick up when they said. The pizza was delicious and she showed the pizza to me before I left. The air condition was broken and it was unbelievably hot and yet the employees were friendly. They should not have to work in these conditions when dealing with food. I applaud them.

Ordered 2 pizzas and a double order of breadsticks. The tavern crust was like eating a hard piece of cardboard with no flavor, the hand tossed was dry, and had barely any sauce. Only received 5 bread sticks for a double order. When I called the store was told that's the way it is. Great service

I have given this location chance after chance. Every time I have ordered delivery , it never shows up! If you do not have drivers , you need to be communications that with the customer and I would come pick my food up. I have came to pick up my food after ordering delivery before and it was cold & nasty . Pizza was dry . I am over this place , no communication , no delivery drivers , ever ? Ridiculous
Cashier did not know what the specials were,then didn't receive our complete order,had to go back in for out bread sticks. Sorry Didn't realize we forgot them! Boneless wings were satisfactory,hot and fresh.

I placed an order for crispy cup pepperonis and bacon dipper pizza and got a cheese pizza with barely any pepperonis and little to no bacon yes I’m still going to eat it because I’m big backed and been wanting this pizza for a long time shawty who handed me my pizza signed the check “CT” asked if it looked good and quick flashed the pizza bc she knew it wasn’t then I said yeah bc I barely looked at it and then said wait I ordered bacon right and she said yeah and looked like she was about to run off and added you have two drinks as well you can grab them behind you

It was a horrible idea to use DoorDash as delivery. They do not have insulated bags, so my pizza cheese was hard. They could not find an apartment that was clearly marked.
