Never again will I buy Smitties soft pretzels. Bought 12 pretzels for the week of Christmas all in the plastic wrap. Couldn’t buy fresh as I was traveling for the holidays. 4 days later every pretzel had mold spots on them. I called Smitties and they said they couldn’t do anything to help me. Keep up the awesome work Smitties as you lost a customer 👍🏼

Service was great, food was amazing, idk what you guys are talking about “there’s not enough sugar on the sugar nuggets” stop glazing Auntie Annes smittie’s is ten times better. My sugar nuggets were absolutely gorgeous with the perfect amount of sugar, maybe it’s because you guys got them cold instead of warm. Ive been going to smitties my whole life and there food has always been amazing and so has their service, so STOP DISSING ON SMITTIES BEFORE I HAWK TUAH ON YOU.

Smittie’s Soft Pretzels 10-17-24
Drove up to Dover Pa. to get some Smittie’s Soft Pretzels as we can not get them where we live. We bought 6 to take with us to eat later. You can get them their fresh and warm. That’s when they are at the best, but we were traveling and did not have time to get them warm. There are a couple ways to get them, they have the Regular Soft Pretzel, Pretzel Sticks, Pretzel Twists, Pretzel Rolls, Slider Pretzel Rolls, Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Twists and Specialty Orders just to name a few. They do have a web site with all the ways they make Pretzels. If you want to get some, I would call them first to make sure they are open. They make these near Dover Pa. on a small building along Route 74. These are good Soft Pretzels and I give them 4 out of 5 stars.

Love Smittie’s Soft Pretzels! Used to get them from roadside vendors or at William’s Grove flea market. Now we go right to the source. Always nice folks working there and pretzel products are FRESH!

We drove 1.5 hrs to come on a Sunday after checking their Facebook page and website to make sure they were open. Very, very disappointing. I can't tell you if the food is worth it or not, but I strongly recommend calling them first to confirm they are open. This place is in the middle of nowhere, so if they are closed you are SOL for food.

I was told that these were the best pretzels in town. Hot and fresh every day, right there. We stopped, got some, and all of them were still frozen in the middle. They didn't taste like pretzels either, they tasted like white bread that was shaped like a pretzel.

Very good. Parking was tight but will stop here when I am in teh area.

Parking: In a large vehicle it was interesting to park. But, did not take away from the pretzels.
