What a great coffee roaster! I have been using Soulshine Roasting for probably close to five years! I first started with Italian Dark Roast (which is totally awesome!) but my doctor told me to switch to decaff coffee and I was unhappy with all the store bought brands. I talked with Brian and he asked me about my tastes - likes and dislikes - and came up with a dark roast decaff for me that is awesome! My taste buds don't find all the subtle flavors others may find in coffee but I know what tastes good and this coffee was really good! Brian's roasting skills, and service attitude and desire have made buying coffee a pleasure - almost as good as drinking it! Thank you Brian and Mic for great coffee and service!!

I was visiting the area and was looking for fresh roasted beans for espresso. I stumbled on this local roaster and placed an order. Despite it being Friday and close to the holiday, Brian roasted it right away and had it ready for pickup the same day. He even gave me a sample of coffee he brewed and another bean to try. Now I’ll be able to have delicious espresso on Christmas morning. Will definitely be ordering again and having shipped once I go back home.
