What a great coffee roaster! I have been using Soulshine Roasting for probably close to five years! I first started with Italian Dark Roast (which is totally awesome!) but my doctor told me to switch to decaff coffee and I was unhappy with all the store bought brands. I talked with Brian and he asked me about my tastes - likes and dislikes - and came up with a dark roast decaff for me that is awesome! My taste buds don't find all the subtle flavors others may find in coffee...
