Mobile order pick up. 1 venti Caramel Macciato and 1 venti Brown sugar oatmilk with extra brown sugar on top. There was zero brown sugar on top, also mine taste like my husband's drink, like a caramel macc. I had to add a Via instant coffee stick to my drink, they both did not seem too have espresso in as well. Worst order pick up ever.

Service is terrible, can’t get your order right, now I get if it wrongs and you make all these customizations but to get LITE ICE is all I ask and I can’t ever get someone to make my drink and listen to that. To get one drink in there is a joke it takes forever, I think I’ll stick to the extra 10 minute drive to Starbucks on Kenneth Rd, which still gets a ton of people but can manage to have an order done quick and correct. I also couldn’t help but notice there are like 4 people working the hot beverages while there is one poor person at the cold beverages getting all of these orders. Would recommend for drinks if you want to wait 15 minutes.

I like Starbucks and I like the location but the parking lot is always full every single time I go to park there is not a single parking spot available so I have to park at the Walgreens and walk over. Definitely they did not think about the parking situation when they built this location.

I visit this location often because it’s down the street. I always receive good service, but wanted to give a review today due to the kindness given to me this morning.
I had a very rough morning and had stopped to grab breakfast after ordering on the mobile app. They unfortunately did not have my sandwich is stock, but I was dealing with other things and wasn’t worried about it— just named another sandwich that was offered as a substitute.
The barista that helped serve me offered me the new sandwich and then also gave me a small giftcard to get the sandwich I wanted next time I came in. I really did not expect this, but it was very kind and made my rough morning better. Thank you so much!

I go to this location for pick-up on an almost daily basis. Everyone is always so kind, and almost every day I get positive affirmations on my coffee! A little something extra that other locations don’t do that sets this location apart. It helps me to start my day off on a positive note.
