I have tried time and time again to give this place a chance to redeem themselves. Because they used to be delicious and I love their bread. But now their service and food is just terrible. 9 times out of 10 they do not make your order correctly. Also telling you it will be done in 30-40 mins but you won’t get your food for over an hour. The last time I ordered from there we waited over 45 minutes to go get our food (knowing it would be a wait) to get there and be told “oh I forgot to print your paper”…..so my food was NEVER even started!!! I sat there for an additional 35 mins just waiting for my food, that should have already been done when I got there. They are always posting how their “OG ownership is back” and they are Better than ever, apparently not.

NEVER GO HERE!!! Until they improve their service. I usually don't try to be harsh to anyone but this isn't right. I ordered a turkey and cheese after having to tell yhe young lady 5 times I want turkey and cheese. I got charged for a turkey club, 10 minutes in happened to hear the woman making it say bacon and club and luckily asked if they were making a club. They changed it. Took another ten to get a scantily wrapped sandwich in foil that looks like this....as I was a getting it a man was saying how is pizza is cut 4 times instead of the customary 8....ice on drink machine didn't work or wasn't on....again not trying to be mean but I'm a former restaurant owner, get classes and work on presentation and customer service.

Chef salad was dumped upside down in bag no extra meat added forgot salad dressing… cheese fries what a joke cheese wasn’t evenly melted over fries ..

Have gone a few times now with ZERO complaints. Great customer service and very friendly inside. The subs are TOP TIER and those seasoned fries ? the bacon cheeseburger sub is now my go to. Their wings are also very very good. Food is always fresh and fast and have yet to have a bad experience or review for anything. SO GOOD

This place (Dover location) has changed definitely for the better! Original owners bought them back and they rock! A lot of positive changes have taken place and people need to give this place another chance. Workers are pleasant and make you feel like family and actually connect with you!?
