Zero Stars can’t leave no stars so they get one. They actually are so bad that I’m pissed off enough to write a review. Food was horrible so go somewhere else honestly. The staff were giving each other dirty looks and making comments about what they had to make for orders. Also they were not wearing gloves for food prep which my wife pointed out after I ate . So I’m going to go make myself throw up now. This was her first and last time ever going to this absolute embarrassment of a gas station slash made to order . They should of just left the empty land on that corner instead of putting up this joke of a place . Rutters or sheetz I recommend. if you have never been here save yourself your time money and physical health.

If I am even able to get my order it always is misisng ingredients. Today i ordered through the app for delivery and my food never showed up, I contacted customer support who told me I could go to the store to pick up my food where i was told by the rude kid working in the kitchen that I could not get my food because they delete their unfulfilled orders if they haven't been completed in an hour.

While service is great (meaning the people that work there!) Whoever is working on making the food is skimping out on the cream cheese. It’s not the first time I order a sandwich bagel with cream cheese and either there isn’t any cream cheese on the bagel or they put a dallop and that’s it! I’ve been to other Wawa locations and this is the only one and the closest one to me; where it’s either missing cream cheese or a missing ingredient in a sandwich!

I bought a Half and Half creamer. I opened it, after I purchased it. It was, bad spoiled. Chunks in the creamer. It was clearly within code, at least a week. I brought it back and asked for a refund or exchange. The male cashier up front, said we can't give you a refund. I said what, WaWa name on your package! You don't stand by your dairy products?? Very poor customer service and problem Resolution. Your customer is right. Your product, creamer, milk, was spoiled. You need to back it up!

The worst wawa I've ever been to. the staff is rude if you order food be prepared to wait at least 30 to 45 minutes because the employees are to busy on there phones or just talking to each other instead of preparing your food. The place Is not very clean employees are making food with no gloves or hairnets. The place should be shut down its disgusting

First time at a Wawa. Stop by for gas and the $5 dollar deal. Confusing on how to get the $5 dollar when I tried to order on screen prompt as it wasn't there. Staff seem Confused themselves. Still confused and just ordered something else

I lived in the greater Philadelphia area where there's a Wawa every couple of miles. They have always been exceptional in customer service...never allow a line to form. This new Dover Wawa doesn't have its act together from a staffing perspective; always a line and they don't seem to have their act together unfortunately.

Store is clean. I was happy to have a wawa. BUT the food is Horrible, the cant seem to stock the right iced coffees in the machine (I keep going in for mocha mint and someone has put the wrong flavor in under that label) Twice now my son had gotten a cheesesteak, Twice we've thrown it away. Im done spening money on hot food to toss out. DO BETTER
