Went in for mini pretzels cause the New Britain location was closed, no power. Sales associate did not know how to register purchase for credit on reward card. Manager should instruct employees in all aspect of sales. If a reward program is offered, know how to apply rewards. Very simple. Pretzels were great.

Needed an additional copy of a receipt for bookkeeping purposes. Would not provide a copy and said it was impossible to do so. Young girl hung up on me. Taking our business elsewhere.
