I had dined at Baci two days ago and had a problem with the waitress that I had discovered afterwards. I paid my check and left a 20% tip. After the transaction was completed and after I had left, the waitress added another 20% to the payment. I did not know this until I checked my statement last night.

I love this restaurant! The food is delicious and it's a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend! It's also a great place to go if you are visiting Peddler's Village.

Food and service were great. Bolognese was excellent. Just down the road from peddlers village. My only ding would be the lack of mints on the way out.

First time here. Atmosphere ok, bit cold. Foreign lady screwed up our reservation. Overall it was a hurrry up and wait experience. Quick order apps, quick order food, don’t check back, forget spoons, take drink off table and don’t ask if you want another. Quick take plates, wait, wait. Order a bottle of wine at only to find out four separate glasses is actually 10% cheaper. Waited for the check for 20 min. Left a tip according to service. Food mediocre at best, SO many other places nearby FAR better overall. Won’t be back!

Parking: There is a dance school next door. When in session, parking is crazy.

By far one of the best restaurants I've ever been to! The food was incredible! Cooked to perfection and seasoned just right! The service we had was actually unbeatable! She kept checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed all of the time and never let any of our glasses go empty! Even after we paid the bill, she made sure we were taking care of which NEVER HAPPENS ANYWHERE! Beautiful atmosphere and super friendly people! I apologize for not getting our waitress's name, but my sister said she is working there a lot! The gentleman helping us was also very nice and very accommodating! So happy we went here and will definitely be returning 😊 Thank you so so much!!

What a great place. The owner and service was amazing and was attentive and the experience was beyond amazing.
Friend got engaged and they helped with making sure there was space and was very kind and communicated with everyone and felt like family.
Definitely check this place out and great for special moments!

Beautiful venue. Dining room is cozy, rustic, romantic. Live music beginning around 7, not too loud; very classy. Service is professional, and typically prompt, but we noticed some longer waits towards the end of our stay when the dining room began to fill up. One annoying feature – our table did not sit evenly on the floor, so it wobbled badly.
Food was fine, but not great. Minestrone soup was good, though it lacked pasta and beans, so I’d describe it more as a vegetable soup. Vegetables were numerous and varied, so it was enjoyable. The eggplant appetizer was fantastic. “Rolled eggplant, prosciutto, mozzarella in pink cream sauce.” The two small pieces went quickly, shared between two people. I was wishing for a third piece.
The pasta special: “Cavatelli, oyster mushrooms, veal ragu.” The pasta itself was cooked just right – slightly chewy, not at all mushy. The sauce was overly oily, and could have benefited from more mushrooms. And the flavor of the sauce was just not to my liking. Also rather salty.
Merluzzo Livornese – “Cod, pan-seared with black olives, onion, capers, tomato, garlic white wine.” I think this is a good dish – the different flavors blended together well, but maybe the cod filet itself was not great. Overall, just “not bad”. Served with fresh, crispy broccoli and thin strips of carrots.
Bread is freshly baked and warm, but not good Italian bread; very white and soft, with no crust. Served with a very large piece of good butter. The tiramisu desert was light and delicious.
Parking lot is tight, so please leave your monster trucks and massive SUVs at home. There is some street parking. Parking lot and street are dark, and a bit of a hazard for the elderly, so take care. There is a beautiful patio for outdoor dining.

Had their halibut special. Menu said it had sauce on it but it was very dry. Sheppard's Pie was very salty.

Best, most versatile, Restaurant around. Grab a quick bite and a drink downstairs, celebrate an anniversary upstairs, or host a party, Baci can do it all. The best food and even better service!
