Very disappointed. Made reservations earlier this week. This is the third year in a row we have eaten here for St Patrick’s Day. Had a 5 PM reservation and the restaurant was fairly empty. Once we were seated we were told they were out of the corned beef and cabbage. It was 5 PM are you kidding me? They said they ran out at lunch. Restaurant 101 you always save some specials back for your dinner crowd. It was too late to get in anywhere else and the one time a year we eat this special meal and they are out. We spent over $100 for 3 very small portioned entrees we did not want. Not even an offer to comp and appetizer or dessert. We won’t be going back again!

First time trying Baci. I didn't order salad...I was hungry and I ordered pasta (figured that would fill me up)...there wasn't enough in the dish to feed a 5 year old. I honestly thought it was an appetizer. Pasta is like a buck a box on sale...for $20 I should have had my dish full! Your price for pasta is way out of line for the portion!! I know...I work in food service. Usually bread comes with a meal - no bread. Don't go here hungry. My drink was ok. With tip my share of the bill was $40.00, for $40 for what I had I am not impressed with this place at all.

British pub themed space, but most dishes are Italian. We went on a Friday night and it was quite busy and a bit noisy. Some Brit dishes: fish & chips, which I had and a shepherd pie. The fish was good; the chips could have been crisper. Service was friendly but a bit overtaxed by the crowd. Go there for lunch: far less crowded so you'll enjoy it more.

My wife and I went to The Pub for diner this Valentine's Day. She ordered the pasta special which had a tomato sauce. My wife, as a rule hates tomato sauce, but she LOVED this sauce. Our compliments to the chef on this dish, and I'd love to know his recipe for the sauce.

Would like to start off by saying I can see this being a great place to cozy up to the bar and grab a few pints. It's a charming old building with an old inn type feel Service was great. Water was served cold, bread was served warm. No real complaints but the food itself was just fair. Not spectacular or bad. Just a decent food experience and good dining experience. Average rating of 3.5 seems appropriate

I have not eaten at Baci in more than a decade, won't make the same mistake again. I'm really not overly critical when it comes to my meal. My expectations are somewhat predicated on the price of the meal. We stopped in later on a Saturday evening. We were able to be seated without a reservation. Our waiter was fine, attentive to us. They had plenty of bus staff as well. The food just wasn't very good for the price I paid. The Caesar salad was dripping in dressing, the fried cheese had a funky taste, like too many other things were cooked in the same oil maybe? I had the Cornish game hen which was cooked fine, juicy but fully cooked. The brown sauce they added kind of ruined it. It tasted like a processed sauce, very salty. My wife had the steak and it was prepared fine. If the food was half of what I paid maybe it would be more acceptable. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this restaurant.

You can order off the same menu as Baci downstairs at the Heart of Oak Pub. Get the bangers and mash!

We hosted our son's baptism for 50 people. The service and food were great. The owners and staff were so accommodating with our requests. We have always loved dining at Baci and Heart of Oak and were so pleased with how our event turned out!

One of the best, finer Italian cuisine restaurants in the area. Great location and outdoor... late spring, summer, early fall dinning areas which include balcony and garden seating. It also features another lower level bar/restaurant for a more laid back casual, dinning experience. A lessor, modified version of the upstairs restaurant menu is available.Father runs the upstairs restaurant and his son runs the downstairs part. Noticed great teamwork between the two and must add, it rubs off with the hired help.Food has been excellent every time I've dined there. Drinks are very well made. I like my drinks on the strong side, if you catch my drift . So they are definitely not being cheap on the alcohol.I have frequented this restaurant 5 times and what a coincidence, 5 stars for a five star restaurant.
