Best China Garden

We've called this establishment several times to place an order and keep getting a voicemail message that it's beyond their open hours (6 pm on a Tuesday, 4 pm on a Thursday, 1 pm on a Friday) and they are closed. I'm assuming then they are closed for good.

Great Service. First Time ordering, will be back.

Good food but bad customer service

I ate here years ago when my wife and I bought our house. It was decent.Recently we started getting Chinese food here and and the general tso is so bland and the pork fried rice has no flavor to it at all. I tried it twice a couple weeks apart and it didn’t improve giving them the benefit of the doubt that they had a off night. We will be looking for a different Chinese restaurant

We've been ordering from here for 12 years. It was fairly new when we first went there. What it has going for it is its reliability. It's proximity to the movie theater probably helped, too, although maybe not so much anymore, with movie theater shutdowns. Anyway, although it doesn't deliver, it's fine for take-out. There are better and worse places around the general D-Town area for Chinese food. It used to be better, but it's still not bad.

That was the worst attitude ever.I watched movie next door and went there for eat in.Then they said “you have to call first, we don’t take order here.”They are not explaining that even on website.Then I tried to order by online from the restaurant.Then they said “You can order here. It is same thing if you order online or to me.”Of course it is. Then why she said to order by online with bossy attitude?I ordered Chicken wings first.They said “we don’t have that.”If so, why are you writing on the menu?I ordered lo mein next.Then they ordered my order as large size without asking any.I complained about that, then they said “card minimum is $10.”What are they talking about?I have cash. Also they put my order as large size is totally different topic from how to pay.This is just fraud.After ordered, I was waiting at the bench in the restaurant.Then they kicked me out by saying “We don’t accept waiting inside. Go out and come back after 15min”.How comes they can say this much bossy to customers without explaining any?I never go back to this horrible place.They don’t deserve to do business.I hope they are not doing anything to save the food cost.

Very flavorful!

First time I ordered food from this restaurant. The Hunan beef, pork fried rice and egg roll were delicious. I've been searching for a good Chinese restaurant and finally found it.

We have been going to this restaurant for many years. Lately when I have called and tried to order they are out of wonton soup as well as friweekend. (My experience today). I am not calling at the end of the night, when it may be a possibility of running out of something but at 5:00 on a weekend. I don't think I have ever had a Chinese restaurant or any restaurant for that matter tell me they have run out of a food they specialize in and this is not the first time I have had this issue with them. I called today (mothers day) and was informed as well as being out of wonton soup they do not offer combination platters on a holiday weeked. Not to mention the miserable young lady that answers the phone. I am done frequenting this establishment.

I have been going here for years. They have always been kinda hit and miss usually a hit., but tonite overcooked dried out and cold. The last straw NEVER AGAIN!

Really good food, they dont have pan fried dumplings anymore, which is a shame cause they were amazing. But the rest of their food is still yummy. I especially like the boneless spare ribs and house lo mein

I really loved their dishes. I always get awesome service there. The place is neat and the workers are always nice. Will visit here again.

This is the closest Chinese take out from our home. The joint is relatively clean and hygienic. Ordering/pickup process is always smooth and communication is clear. Food / Taste is pretty much the same as most other Chinese places.
