The best bagels in town…multi grain everything is my fav! Often get a dozen to go (plus they throw in a couple extra) and yesterday I had a tuna sandwich that was delicious. Try it, it will become your favorite bagel shop!

Borough Bagels – Weekend heaven
Every Saturday without fail.
My rotation:
• Pork roll, egg, and pepper jack on a French toast bagel: salty, cheesy, sweet perfection
• Or everything bagel with buffalo bacon spread: spicy-creamy-bacony chaos I’d commit crimes for
My son inhales the açaí bowl (loaded with fruit and granola) right when I get home.
Bagels are always fresh, crusty outside, chewy inside. Coffee’s strong, staff is quick and friendly, line moves fast.
If you haven’t tried that pork roll + French toast combo or the buffalo bacon spread yet, fix your life this weekend. Worth every minute of the drive. 🥯🔥

I really enjoy coming to Borough Bagels. I have tried bagels all over PA and these are by far the best ones in the State. They also have a really good breakfast meat selection. I will continue to choose them as my go-to breakfast place.

Horrible way to run a business. I specifically placed an online order the previous night to make sure stock would be held accordingly. Simple two bagels, nothing extreme. Already paid for it. We get a call 10 minutes before our pick up time that they don’t have what we wanted. We get to the store so I ask why when I placed an order the night before they suddenly don’t have what we want. The guy says someone came in this morning and bought all the bagels. Again I asked why my order didn’t take precedence. “I guess she didn’t pull it quick enough” was his response. And they let me walk away without refunding me the extra price on ordered bagel so I returned for a refund. Zero accountability and flat out rude customer service. You couldn’t pull ONE single bagel for an already PAID FOR AND ORDERED bagel . I’ll take my business to a better place.

Bagels are really good. Staff is always friendly even when the line is out the door. Sandwiches are really good. My neighbor recommended this place I was there and it was packed and worth the wait. Not many of these types of places are exist anymore.

I really want to like Borough Bagel especially since they have better tasting bagels than Barrel Bagel. However, they forgot sausage on my Sausage, Egg, and Cheese bagel. How do you forget that?? Anyway, I’ll still give them a shot, but if it occurs again I will stop going.

Okay bagels, horribly rude service from the owner/manager(?) every time. If you go here order online so you don’t have to interact with them. We’ll be finding a different place because after the 5th and 6th rude encounter it’s a shame.

Ordered - rather specifically - an onion bagel with pork roll, one egg, and extra cheese.

Received an onion bagel with pork roll, two eggs, and so little cheese - which I had paid extra for - I could barely taste it. There were traces of runny cheese, mostly on the wrapper, that I could see.

I can't eat a lot of egg due to dietary and health issues and the sandwich ended up in the trash - a waste of roughly $10 given the upcharge for cheese. A small amount of egg I can handle, but this was the opposite of what I'd asked for. It was surprising given how attentive the staff seemed.

When I go to Manhattan Bagel, they have never gotten it wrong, and are nearly gleeful with my request for an "ungodly" amount of cheese and minimal egg.

As for Borough Bagels - not a great experience here.

This place can’t seem to figure out how to get an order, right. Aside from that, they always run out of everything. I’m not sure why they can’t have their supply meet the demand. It’s not a difficult concept.
