It’s about 12:30 pm on Wednesday August 28th. I’m saying this because idk the guys name that I just dealt with. He’s a middle aged guy with glasses and brown hair. His hair was a little longer. Anyway he was awesome. I have never had someone be that friendly esp at a drive thru. They’re usually always miserable and don’t care how they treat you. The food is also fresh and hot which is a plus. Anytime I come here the food is always hot but I come around lunch time. I’m not sure how the rest of the day is.

I recently visited Burger King with the expectation of enjoying a meal in the comfort of the restaurant’s seating area. I made sure to specify ‘dine-in’ on the app, anticipating a brief escape from the day’s hustle. Unfortunately, my order was prepared as if it were meant for delivery. The packaging was not conducive to an immediate dine-in experience, which led to unnecessary inconvenience.
While Burger King usually satisfies with its quick service and tasty offerings, this oversight in order fulfillment detracted from the overall dining experience. It’s essential for fast-food chains, especially those with the reputation of Burger King, to pay close attention to customer preferences expressed through their app. This ensures that the service quality matches the standard of their food.
I hope this incident is a one-off and not indicative of a recurring issue. I look forward to Burger King addressing such glitches in their order processing to prevent future customer frustration.

Bad service, old stinky oil used in fryer, tater tots smell and taste awful.... Breakfast croissant is miniature like a movie stub. Basically a large fountain coke for 14$ ...Not worth it.... I guess that how you make money....once.... because customers never return.....????
