The big guy with the scrub beard and black shirt is one of their managers and clearly hates his job. The food is always good at this location but if this guy is taking your order look out!He refuses to take your order “Your Way”. And when you order too many items in the drive through he berates you that you should have come in! There’s a drive through for a reason- CONVENIENCE!Get a new job if you hate BK so much!

sat in drive through, 4 cars deep today for 15 minutes, and never got to order food. once i could, I left. I like bk, in a pinch, but imagine 30 min for lunch, and never got any.

Today went during lunch and the sit down portion was closed. The only option was to use the drive thru (no sign on door). Not sure when we will come back.Parking: Easy accessWheelchair accessibility: If a second person is with you or someone else is walking in the door can be held and turning is simple unlike M. (Door was locked at Lunch time)

Very pleasant staff. The Coke was good, not watered down like it is at the Easton location. They actually used trays for dining room service, which was nice ( most places just give you a take out bag ). Only issue was a slightly long wait for a Whopper. But definitely a better than average experience.

I went through the drive-through and ordered the two junior whoppers for five dollars deal. I asked for them with cheese, but without onion and a bun. The man who -was taking my order asked three times “you mean no carb?” Each time I said “yes. But with cheese.” Finally I pulled around and he said do you still want ketchup? I said yes and I do want the cheese because I didn’t see it ordered on the screen earlier. With an attitude, he told me I didn’t ask for cheese and after he had already charged me, charged me again-74 cents for the cheese. I told him I did ask for the cheese. I don’t mind that I was charged for it-the attitude and accusation was sucky. The whole experience was just annoying. Bad service.

understaffed. Service was slow. My burger was put together by a toddler. Wrapping of burger by a last minute husband on valentine's day. All my pickles tomatoes and sauces on one side of burger. Extra pickles should mean more than 2. Onions had skin . Fries were undercooked. Overpriced. When I got home I had to diesect my burger and rearrange so I could eat. No napkins.no straw.
