They messed up my order. Went to the store and talked to the manager, asked for a refund or to re-make the order. He would not do anything, just told me to call Chipotle customer service. Horrible customer service, pretty much the worst thing a company could do.

If I told you how long I waited in a 10 person line you would not believe me. I was completely unaware that snails were capable of working, let alone managing the logistics of a chipotle franchise! I would have gotten my bowl faster if I bought farmland and started raising cows

Never go to the main st Doylestown Chipotle. I am still reeling from the horrible customer service and the bigotry towards a woman “complaining”. From the get go, not a smile, or can I help you from anyone. Even the “manager” himself did absolutely nothing and refused to fix my food I paid for already. Not a shred of respect to a female customer that even TIPPED the crew. Hey “manager” this is how you manage a RR:
When you are standing right there listening to a customer’s request to fix their meal. You step in with a smile, say Hello can I help you with something? Customer makes the reasonable request to be satisfied and THEN…you honor it! So very
S I M P L E! Instead you lit the fuse to this situation and you didn’t DIFFUSE or resolve it. You made everything worse by ignoring, gas lighting, and refusing to satisfy a simple request. Just because you didn’t like my reason? He literally said this.
You abused your management position by not resolving anything and made the customer upset. It was uncalled for. In fact, you lit the fuse by saying you will not remake my food because you disagreed with my reason. The whole point of your job is to make Chipotle money. Creating great customer experiences will keep the money rolling in. And..keeps you in a positive light making more money. You lost 4 Chipotle customers last night with your bigotry and gaslighting. You treated the customers with no basic level of customer respect. I felt you and some others there misjudged me because I was a female “complaining loudly”. You had the power to turn my paid customer experience into a great one. Instead, you chose to do nothing, treat me like a nothing because you simply didn’t want to. You said this yourself. I left as a customer feeling very angry, upset, misjudged, and completely disrespected. This is not how you “manage”. I hold all of the Chipotle employees responsible including the company Chipotle for such gross customer service.

The food is good but the whole entire employees are not so friendly and one lady that worked there Said I HAVE TO HAVE A Protein I I said beans and Rice are a a Protein and They Skimp on the portions you have to ask for Three Scoops of Rice or Beans if you don't then it will been small and they are always out of The Tractor Drinks and they don't Refill the tractor Drink machine until the next day same with the ice tea

I got myself a steak bowl on Friday evening because I don’t remember when the last time I had chipotle.
When I got here there’s only few people sitting eating, long time ago when I went to chipotle (in Bridgewater NJ area) there always a line to order the food. The service was good everyone was friendly.
I order for take out.
The rice was not fully cooked, there were some rice that I bite sort of hard. The steak has no flavor. Altogether taste was bland. Disappointed. It made me thinking maybe that’s why this place gotten bad on getting customers to eat here 🥴

Never had a problem before but this time ..watched two workers load up two of their friends burritoes and bowls with ridiculous portions ( not double meat) while chatting the whole time, ignoring the only other person in line... Me ... When they got my son's burrito it was light on everything and the employees seemed bothered by having to work. I asked the manager to remake it. She refused and was incredibly rude....

Chipotle used to be so good and now every time I eat it I feel sick afterwards. I’m done with chipotle. The chicken is a weird texture and some of it is gray.

I order from this chipotle rather often and normally the food is fantastic but, twice now i have gotten my vegetarian meal with a random piece of meat in it, the first time i believe it was steak and this time it was chicken, as a vegetarian it is rather disgusting to bite into my bowl and find an animal in it. This only happens when i order a bowl as well never with a burrito which i honestly just find ironic.

This location is great. The employees are always so friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to make sure your experience is pleasant and that you have everything you need. Any time I go here they always stuff the bowl to the brim and it’s very much appreciated. The staff are fantastic.
