Consistently does not label to go orders. I recently asked for them to label my to go order and they told me they were too busy. After asking for a manager to rectify , the manager made his employee label my to go order. The to go associate then literally told me she was going to guess at which item was which as she’s not allowed to open orders. I told her that was not acceptable and I asked for the manager again . He finally made her open the order to verify which was which. Chipotle policy is to label to go orders items for easy identification in case of food allergies, dietary restrictions, etc. Not doing it because you are busy and then literally guessing after being made to label them is a complete lack of food safety and customer values. This is not the first time this has happened either which makes it worse. Corporate Chipotle needs to fix this branch’s culture.

Some of the workers there don’t care at all, and did not follow instructions at all on my order, I just spent $35 to get it door dashed and it is missing the beans and rice I orders and they put way too much sour cream and guac and it’s like I am eating a soup. Who ever made it doesn’t not care at all about anyone clearly

The whole restaurant was filthy dirty. No clean tables and the floor is disgusting. The trash cans are overflowing no where to put your trash.This is the 2nd time. Not coming back.

The usual employees here are great, however I came here today around 4pm on 10/13 and the one staff member, the one male with the long hair in a pony tail has 0 customer service.
Please ensure your new hires know how to look presentable and as well as their uniforms, and greet costumers with a simple hello or what would you like to eat.
The chips were also mildly deformed with it being 2 inch thick chips, not sure how that happens, probably because the staff that day didn’t care to check, not sure.
Other than that I’ve had great experiences here, but this one employee really ruined it for me; customer service / facing is important in every business! Giving 4 stars so everyone else knows the rest of the staff is great.

Please get these great employees some help!! I came during the dinner rush on a BOGO deal day, and there was only one employee working both the in person order counter making the meals while also working the register. Despite being under pressure, he was beyond kind and was absolutely trying his best to keep the line moving along. There was also only one employee preparing food, and one on the take out order counter dealing with many impatient delivery drivers. I am always happy with my service here, but in moments like these I feel for the employees and hope they can find more help for the future!
