my friend and i waited awhile for our food but that wasn’t the problem. when we went to order the worker making our food wouldn’t let us get brown rice and laughed at us, shook his finger, and gave us white rice. then the man behind us ordered brown rice and he gave it to him. it was very weird even the man behind us agreed.

Reading the other reviews was like therapy for me and I appreciate the validation that it's not just me having too high of standards. I have waited 30 minutes for mobile orders before, gotten the wrong food and just overall been unhappy with this location. They were out of white rice at noon on a weekday, and had no real estimate of when it would be available. I will work my Chipotle runs into errands to Warrington because this location needs a complete retraining and overhaul.

I go to #Chipotle and order my usual Chicken Bowl. I ask for extra Carne Asada. I'm rung up for $20.83, which is high for a bowl. I ask why and I'm told because I got extra meat. I look at my receipt and see that it was intentionally rung up as a Carne Asada bowl with extra chicken. This is deceptive marketing and it goes on every day. This is not right and I filled out a survey and at the end all it said was thank you for your feedback. Has this happened to anyone else?I will not be returning and do not recommend

I keep telling myself to quit ordering Chipotle because every time I order it online my food is somehow never correct but I keep giving this place another chance only to be disappointed. I ordered a quesadilla today and wanted sour cream, rice and black beans on the side but I guess the label maker crapped out and so I only got sour cream on the side. This is getting to be a bit annoying in my opinion.

Recently, I ordered online and drove to pick up. Went to fill my drink - I had ordered a lemonade - and when I went to the drink machines, all the lemonades and teas were empty and half the machine was out of syrup so everything was coming out as water. I then left with what I thought was a complete order. When I got home (I know I should have checked before I left, but I didn't) I discovered that 2 orders of chips were missing. So, I got back in the car, drove back, and went inside for them to tell me that they were out of chips. No one had mentioned that when I originally picked up the food and there was no mention of it being "unavailable" on the app. What the heck is going on at this Chipotle??? Lots of incompetence, apparently. The food here is too expensive to be this lazy. Very disappointed.

The 2nd time I've ordered from here and have gotten the wrong order BOTH times.Ordered a chicken bowl and got a bowl of sour cream and cheese ONLY!Ordered a steak bowl today and got chicken, toppings I didn't ask for. And the toppings I did ask for.... not there. ?Definitely won't be coming back.
