Was super fun when we arrived. My sister in law and I brought our kids. She paid 190$ for 1 hour of play for 6 kids. We were not allowed to drink a cup of water without purchasing a soda cup. Then we had to wait 22 minutes (I timed it) to cash out the kids points while my 3 year old cried in the floor because they were short on staff. I have had better value at bottle service at a night club in 2009. Step it up people.

Staff is always great! My kid loves it! We are in PA and none of the CC have the trampolines. I'm sure it's an insurance or legal issue, but would love a trampoline at our local CC.

Nice place to take kids if you have an hour to kill. Anything more than that is a waste as it gets boring. At least a quarter of the games are broken at any given time, which is annoying, but my daughter still enjoys going.

Went there today with my toddler and we loved it! It was clean, the food was good and the staff were very friendly! Chuck E. came out and did a dance with my daughter, it made her day. Definitely will be back!

The atmosphere with Chuck E. Cheese was nice. The children enjoyed playing with him and playing the games. The dining area was clean and tidy. The kitchen service could be better. Service was super slow, fries were cold. The food overall was meh.

I guess this place is really dying. The service was awful. The food is so bad my son got sick. The simpler platter, you literally get four wings and seven french fries. I asked them if you’re supposed to get celery with it and the girl said yes and brought me two pieces of tiny Celery. So I asked her if that’s normal and she said yes, you get two celery per order. I brought two kids and ended up paying $105 for nothing. What a waste of money. You can’t even get a free cup to have water. It’s not the same Chuck E. Cheese as it’s used to be very sad.
This location was my favorite until very recently, service has become poor. On one occasion I waited 30 mins for a large chocolate chip cookie and there were only 1 other family in the place . The staff did not car even when I showed my receipt and they could see that I’d been waiting. Then on 9/28 I called and called trying to order pizza for my daughter’s party that I was having at a nearby venue. They never answered the phone. I walked there and was the 3rd in line and they were very unorganized, there was a staffer t the front then she disappeared for some time and then returned. I left and went placed a delivery order . I do not feel this location values customers anymore. There is no way I could return.

Today me and my family went to this Chucky cheese and it amazing. The service here is great. I recomend this for birthdays. The maneger is super nice and kind. He is always looking out for anyone who has problems and gandules things really well. He needs a raise.

Pretty great as Chuck E Cheese placea go. THE PIZZA whichboften gets a bad rap was really good a lightly seasoned. Y thin crispy crust with frssh tasting simple tomato sauce and fresh real mozzarella was very good. AS ALWAYS a bit pricey for what you get..and the kids games could be a better price for the few secs they get to play. THAT could definitely be improved on. But a safe family place , cute surroundings clean and fun. A pricey. But nice afternoon if you have littles.
