Had a company dinner for 10. A sit down Tour of Italy menu from Conquering Cuisine. Jack our host for the night was amazing and so intelligent and calm and enjoyable to watch as he demonstrated how and what we were eating was prepared and then presented. He was incredible and the food was 5 star all the way, we had a salad starter with a vinaigrette dressing that Jack made and on the spot. It was fresh and delicious. Then he proceed to make ricotta gnocchi right in front of us and he explained every step and we were amazed and then Bam! it was served and we were in gnocchi with Pancetta and roasted pepper Cream Sauce heaven. Then followed up with Stuffed Chicken and/or roasted beef tenderloin with Marsala, shallot and demi glace sauce. It was so tender, most of our guests had never had a tenderloin so tender! Jack went over and above by making a fricotta bread as well and topped it all off with amazing Traditional Tiramisu. He served every dish with proper service and an amazing smile to boot. To my amazement when the evening came to a close and the guest had left. My kitchen was clean! He even loaded the dishwasher and cleaned whatever needed to be washed. Our guests are all begging for the recipe's and when we could host another dinner with Jack from Conquering Cuisine.

We celebrated our Bucks County Orthodontics’ Team Member Marina’s 10 Year Anniversary with a culinary class at Conquering Cuisine. It was incredible! Jack, our chef & leader, walked us through each stage as we tried our hands at conquering French cuisine. Always amazing to see our former BCO Patients doing what they love! We made savory crepes stuffed with caramelized pears, one of the most delicious salads we’ve ever had and Chicken Provençal. They provided wine, soft drinks & a cheese board for snacking while we made each dish. We took home many tips to make cooking any cuisine easier ~ chopping, herbs, recommendations on the best ingredients and more! We will definitely be back, Conquering Cuisine. Thank you for a lovely afternoon!

This place has an owner that absolutely abhorrent. He is nasty and belligerent. Booked two classes, he cancelled one. We missed the next one. Refused to refund the cancelled class. He then outright told me I lied in my emails ( I didn’t). Customer service needs a review. Regardless, this was a gift, and the person I bought it for was afraid to go after reading his nasty and accusatory emails.

Had the best time at the sushi making class! The instructor was fantastic, the food was delicious, and the byob option was a great bonus!
Last night, I attended a Polish cooking class and as I expected, it was excellent. The chef and assistant were knowledgeable and friendly. The class was so easy to follow and the food was delicious. This was not my first class here and it won’t be my list. I also love the prepared take home meals. I wish I lived a little closer as it’s not really convenient for me to do the meal pick up on a regular basis.

We ordered the French Country dinner pack. The chicken was excellent, just like a French Countryside, salad was crisp perfect and dressing was superb. Recently had a private event in The Loft. Jack put on a fantastic cooking demonstration. The food was excellent as well as the service and atmosphere.
