Great food and drinks. My wife and I stopped here on a whim and we did not regret it.

Drinks were made wonderful, and the waitress and staff are very kind and friendly. Very clean and welcoming enviroment, but food was absolutely a nightmare. Greasy and over priced, and the sauce they put on almost everything is absolutely terrible. Would 10/10 go for drinks but never for a meal again.

1st Review:

The food was delicious! It was well prepared, and the presentation was quite nice. The service from the staff was friendly and efficient all in one.
I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for some good German-type cuisine!

2nd Review:

Once again back at Devil’s Acre, and it has yet to disappoint. One of the very first things I have to say about the restaurant, this cozy little nook, would be that the wait staff is so incredibly friendly and attentive in the best way possible. It just adds to the nice ambiance while dining here, making it an enjoyable dinner-time location.
Now onto the food:

The look of the food is usually not what you visit a restaurant for; you want a good and tasty meal too. In all honestly, their food is delicious. The two meals at our table, and in the pictures, are pork schnitzel with spätzle & grilled asparagus as well as cheesesteaks & steak cut fries. I will not going into terrible detail about the food, but I will say it was well-made and moist. The food was cooked thoroughly as well as having a decent texture and flavor. Additionally, the portions were quite decent sized. For four adults the bill came out to $130 with tip, roughly, which also included four drinks. With that said, it was a reasonably priced dinner for how much food we received. As for the atmosphere, it was quite quiet for dinner time on Tuesday. It was decently lit with more warm lighting than anything else. There are high top tables & regular lower tables (they have all seats with backs). They do also have a bar area if you would rather sit there for food or just drinks. Thank you to the staff who made our visit pleasant. Lastly, I would not recommend this place for vegan and vegetarian folks although they do have some foods that fit that requirement. I, again, definitely recommend Devil’s Acre restaurant if you are in the mood for a relaxed meal and some German-style cuisine!

Nice place with decent food but when watching football there are several TV’s that are 30 seconds ahead. Half the place is cheering for a play before its shown on the rest of the TV's and that ruins the experience. They need to fix it, no wonder it’s not to crowded.

Great wurst, dip, pretzel bites with cheese, and banana bread dessert with cinnamon vanilla ice cream. Came hungry left happy. Only thing I didn't enjoy was the perogies. schnitzel was good and the bacon jam was a great topping.

Great food and service.
However, I was up-charged $6 to add steak fries to my burger.

The best poutine I've had in a long time. The homemade gravy had a touch of sweetness from the sautéed onions. The fries were still crispy under the generous portion of cheese and the delicious gravy. Absolutely delicious. And cornichons as a garnish with my sandwich! So cute!!

Not the regular bar menu. Great German options. We had Devil's Disco Poutine, Kielbasa, & Knackwurst.

Atmosphere was loud and obnoxious. Service was okay, a little weird that the staff just stood there and watched us eat. The food was kind of gross. Had a drink that was wayyyyyy over priced. I think I paid for the whole bottle of Tito’s which pissed me off. I’ll not be going back there again.

Had the goulash and it was not as good as I remember. Diet soda had no taste
