Please look at the reviews before ordering from this location. This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered and it took more than 30 minutes before my order even started being prepped! But yet, the tracker said it was started 40 min ago. I had to call the store to know that it wasn’t even started. Service is horrible as all the employees shrug their shoulders which means they are trained to accept incompetence! Last time ordering from this location. The lady said that Bob was the manager and Shawnee was the franchise owner. They aren’t done hearing from me.

We pre ordered and pre paid well in advance since we have 3 kids. After several attempts to call about the delay, absolutely no one would pick up. Waited on hold forever. We waited over an hour past the pre scheduled and still no order delivered. Highly disappointed by the owner. We still have yet to receive any refund or credit for our trouble. Thankfully, a local pizza shop, Nat’s Pizza was able to accommodate us immediately with a hot and fresh pizza!

Unfortunately this is the second time in a row we received someone else’s delivery order. When we called the store to let them know, they hung up on us. Called back, and got hung up on a second time. Infuriating!

Had to tell an employee to wash their hands before returning to work fresh dough. They had stepped away from the prep area to take an order outside to a curb side customer, touching the door handle and potentially the customer's hands, then attempted to return directly to working the dough. He was also touching this face repeatedly and no one was wearing gloves. He went into the back to wash his hands and the manager and other staff thanked me and apologized, but I feel like a hang washing sink in the prep area and well as requiring gloves to be used, with a wash hands and replace gloves policy whenever touching anything outside of or leaving the prep area.

Basically eat at your own risk for now at this location.

The phone ordering system was cumbersome, annoying, and lengthy. All I wanted was a large cheese pizza, and it took almost 3 minutes - no hold time. I'm not trying to sound spoiled, but when I call other places, am asked what I'd like (by a human), place my order, and am told when to pick it up, it takes mere seconds.
One of the doors was locked, and I was directed to a different entrance. I guess at busy times this is to maintain a good flow of traffic, but not necessary when it wasn't too busy. Customer service left a bit to be desired. Just enough to get the job done. Greeting & farewells seemed robotic/forced.

The pizza is terrific but they're $6.99 for $7.99 so-called special ended up being $23.00 after a long drawn-out Fiasco but I bought it anyway because I really wanted it
