Placed a mobile order only to walk into an empty building with all staff gone and my order paid for. Drink is never made right, mobile orders aren’t done for 10-20 minutes, and this is the worst staff of any dunkin I’ve been to. Not to mention the building is falling apart with water damage so bad the paint is peeling in multiple areas of the food prep station.

Understaffed. Place opens at 5AM, came in at 5:20 and the one woman working there was still setting up the equipment and couldn’t complete orders. Added unnecessary wait time.

I have always had nothing but bad experience. Never going back again, they don't keep the place clean. Flies everywhere and people who work here are lethargic and unhygienic. I saw a worker rub her eyes and use those same hands without gloves to make food. Yuck!

Came here couple of times and placed a walk-in order for hot coffee w/cream (literally the only person in the store) and had to wait a very long time because of the high volume of mobile orders. They do not prioritize the orders. It's a shame. Walkin order should come first and not the other way around and I have to check mobile order spot because they may put the drink there instead of just placing it on the counter. I get they need to get the mobile orders done but why is a person waiting in the store have to wait for their order while couple of mobile orders are being made and they are not even there yet.

Its a Dunkin in a gas station....can't expect much. The wait times are sometimes long...longer than other dunkins.
The older women always screws up my order. Today I ordered 10 chocolate munchkins and a chocolate chip muffin got home and it was a blueberry muffin. This happens everytime she rushes and doesn’t care. Place wasn’t even crowded.
