Stopped in to get coffee and bagels for crew , ordered 2 reg coffee and 2 bagels . Didn't notice at first but it came out to $15 . Swiped card and as I'm waiting the dude getting coffee correctly and discreetly pointed out to the Indian woman that she had charged for lattes instead of reg coffee but I watched as she waved him off and smirked . Now I'm waiting to see if she makes it right by offering to refund the 8 bucks she overcharged for . Nope. She showed her character and now I'm going to tell every freaking person I meet about them . Everyone . In a rush so let it go but will never go back . I stop there twice a day , everyday, that would have added up to alot more than a quick $8. Crooks

I’m not really a fan of franchises in this beautiful historical community. Occasionally I get a coffee and I asked for cream sugar put in the coffee it’s just the way mom would make it. The staff of friendly the café is clean everything is freshly prepared no issues.

I come here every day, and the man who's in charge is so freaking rude. He purposely messes up my order all the time. I would go somewhere else but this is the only dunkin on my way to work. Sad. Very sad.
