THE WORST!!! Dunkin around! 0 stars, ZERO!!! I try to give this place the benefit but every time it’s a bad experience. They are RUDE, and they always mess something up with the order. Drive 5 minutes further and take your business elsewhere, I will be.

We always have a great experience at this Dunkin location. The employees are very nice and service is extremely quick. This is at a busy intersection, so it may take a little extra time to get out at the stop light, but worth the visit.

If you’re going to be in the service industry please hire people that actually speak english WELL. Otherwise, the orders will continue to be wrong. Best of all, when your order is wrong they’ll still argue with you. When people order a $6 coffee they expect it to actually be coffee and not milk.

I ordered a medium cold brew iced coffee with caramel and cream. Over 4.00 for this watered down coffee. It tasted like sweet water instead of the iced coffee I expected. It was not drinkable. I felt like I threw my money out the window into the air. I feel like was robbed. Horrible feeling. I would give it minus 5 stars if I could.

Ordered a cold brew iced coffee with just cream. What I got was watered down cream with a splash of coffee. I’m left to ask myself, am I being scammed or are they truly incompetent at this location? Go find out for yourself because I won’t be returning here.
This is a Dunkin that never has donuts. I’m not sure why I keep going back and asking because by noon they are out of donuts.
