I ordered a medium cold brew iced coffee with caramel and cream. Over 4.00 for this watered down coffee. It tasted like sweet water instead of the iced coffee I expected. It was not drinkable. I felt like I threw my money out the window into the air. I feel like was robbed. Horrible feeling. I would give it minus 5 stars if I could.

Ordered a cold brew iced coffee with just cream. What I got was watered down cream with a splash of coffee. I’m left to ask myself, am I being scammed or are they truly incompetent at this location? Go find out for yourself because I won’t be returning here.

Asked for an iced caramel coffee. Ended up getting just a regular iced coffee that tasted like dirt. There was no caramel

Horrible place. It’s racist and the coffee and service is as bitter and watered down as the people working there. If I could give this place less than one star, they’d set the bar in the hell. The donuts were stale and they have a 15% success rate at getting your order right. I can’t imagine what happens in the back if the food turns out so wrong even my dog could make it look and taste better. The place smelled like a sewage pipe from the 1950’s and after experiencing all this I finally realize why my friends told me nobody goes here. I thought that they were just exaggerating, they weren’t. This place is the lowest of the low and I’d rather get convicted than eat here again.

One time I came into this location and they refused to take my order at the counter mad made me go back outside and go through the drive through.Twice I have placed an order for pick up at this location through the Dunkin app. One time it went through twice and charged me twice. The second time I go for pick up. After speaking with two different employees they tell me the order did not come through even though I have a confirmation that the order went through and my card has been charged. The location itself is frequently disorganized with products scattered around, tables and chairs all over and tables unwiped. I will not be back to this location.

I stopped for iced coffee and donut. Funny... as I waited... and waited... I wondered why. There were no customers in the place, maybe "a" car in drive-thru. One person working there (in store) who didn't really understand me. The person taking orders was sitting in his car out front of building, wearing headset. He did eventually come in and take my order, after the drive-thru order he was working on. The only reason I checked reviews is because I anticipated it receiving bad reviews. My guess... an absentee owner... off opening a new location?
