Horrible place. It’s racist and the coffee and service is as bitter and watered down as the people working there. If I could give this place less than one star, they’d set the bar in the hell. The donuts were stale and they have a 15% success rate at getting your order right. I can’t imagine what happens in the back if the food turns out so wrong even my dog could make it look and taste better. The place smelled like a sewage pipe from the 1950’s and after experiencing all this I finally realize why my friends told me nobody goes here. I thought that they were just exaggerating, they weren’t. This place is the lowest of the low and I’d rather get convicted than eat here again.

One time I came into this location and they refused to take my order at the counter mad made me go back outside and go through the drive through.Twice I have placed an order for pick up at this location through the Dunkin app. One time it went through twice and charged me twice. The second time I go for pick up. After speaking with two different employees they tell me the order did not come through even though I have a confirmation that the order went through and my card has been charged. The location itself is frequently disorganized with products scattered around, tables and chairs all over and tables unwiped. I will not be back to this location.

I stopped for iced coffee and donut. Funny... as I waited... and waited... I wondered why. There were no customers in the place, maybe "a" car in drive-thru. One person working there (in store) who didn't really understand me. The person taking orders was sitting in his car out front of building, wearing headset. He did eventually come in and take my order, after the drive-thru order he was working on. The only reason I checked reviews is because I anticipated it receiving bad reviews. My guess... an absentee owner... off opening a new location?

If I could rate it a zero i would! The service was terrible! I was yelled at to pull around to the window. Then when I got up to the window I got my food shaken at me. I am so upset! She deserves to be fired!

I got the sourdough breakfast sandwich. I ordered it with sausage instead of bacon, however they gave me bacon. When they went to give me my food, they forgot the chocolate chip banana bread. I do not visit this shop often, and I wasn't too upset about these mishaps. The staff was friendly, polite and apologetic. They made my tea just the way I asked for. Yes, I will visit them again.

I’ve been coming here after swim class with my son for months. The service was always great, but the past few visits, we’ve waited 15-20 minutes while the drive through was being helped by 5 employees. Numerous employees saw us and ignored us, even when asked to be helped. When I mentioned wait, they quickly interrupted me, barely apologizing or letting me speak. We will be going to a different spot moving forward.

I came into the store this afternoon and was waiting about 15-20 minutes while 2 gentleman that worked there were only helping drive thru customers. It seemed they were arguing about mistakes with orders. Though there was a language barrier. I then spoke up and said I've been waiting almost 20 minutes here. Can one of you help me? The one threw up his hands as to say oh well then replied I'm too busy with an attitude. I said so neither one of you can help and he said, no, I"m busy. The other employee with the glasses looked like he felt bad. Another customer walked in and overheard this and said nice customer service then walked out. I will not be returning here and was shocked at the rude treatment I received.

My partner and I purchased 2 small coffees at this location the week of November 20th. When we pulled up to the window there was a very strong sewer smell. We noticed the dining room was closed and there were workers throwing out items in the dumpster. With the foul smell, we were wondering why they didn't close the store. We will not return, that smell was horrible.
