Cruised into Doylestown today with a friend to pick up some brunch and some records at Siren records. We decided to stop into Genevieve’s and we were pleasantly impressed. The atmosphere is rustic and decorated with ornate antiques and paintings which my friend and I appreciated. The waitress was very friendly and the view of the bustling street out front was fun to watch the passerby’s. We ordered the special which was an omelette with bacon, cheddar cheese, and mushrooms. It came with robust house potatoes and fresh fruit. We were really pleased with the food and the chef/owner came out to greet us to ask about our experience, which always feels good. What a great brunch! If you’re in Doylestown and looking to try a new restaurant, I recommend Genevieve’s. Cheers 🥂

Great little byob in town! Good food, service & nice atmosphere. Tables are a little close bit that didn't get in the way of a fantastic ladies night out!

Just what I was looking for, a nice calm Sunday morning breakfast. Chorizo breakfast tacos were killer.

A gem! Outstanding menu, very vegetarian friendly. Incredibly kind and gentle people behind this establishment. Quality of food was superb, originality of dishes exceptional. Loved the holiday decor and music that was not overwhelming but added to the ambiance. We will go out of our way to return soon!!

Wonderful experience. Sat in window seat and watched foot traffic in Doyelstown across from the movie theater…a nostalgic step back in time. Appetizers were excellent; entree of crab cakes were good, not as scintillating as the appetizers. Waitress attentive. BYOB !
Very enjoyable experience.

The food was good, and the chef/owner was lovely. However, the lady who served us was quite rude, especially about us having a baby and stroller. As soon as we walked in, she said there wasn’t space and seated us near the service area, even though the stroller was small and there was plenty of room especially at the back. It made us feel unwelcome, which was a shame as the food itself was great.

My wife and I love going to Genevieve's for either brunch or dinner. The food is top-notch. The service and atmosphere is great. The owner/chef, Joey, is very friendly and makes the best omelets and French toast I have ever had.

My husband and I have dined at Genevieve’s consistently at least every other week….sometimes dinner followed by brunch the next day….for five years plus…the food is a cut above any other restaurant in the area….Joey the owner and chef accommodates our special requests with friendliness and deliciousness…we no longer order omelettes or French fries anywhere else …..service is personable and efficient always. Bringing our dog with us to the beautiful garden in the back, he was served a generous portion of chicken on the house. He wants to come back often too!

The service is attentive in the atmosphere is great especially like it in warm weather months where we can sit outside in the patio area and garden. Probably the best coffee I have ever had at a brunch place. Cozy atmosphere in a converted apartment space, front room has a lot of glass so a litle loud, planning to check out the patio when it's not raining. Avocado toast with bacon was a good way to get healthy AND unhealthy fats all in one go!
