It’s December 25 and I just left this restaurant after waiting with two dozen people inside who were waiting for orders. Orders from 90+ minutes ago have not been made.
My order is “ready” but my repeated call outs of order number and last four digits of phone go ignored. I am staring at boxes on the counter which could be my order but who knows.
There is no organization to dealing with the crowd or system in place to handle the flood of orders. People are being ignored. Yelling is heard in the kitchen.
The food has been fine over the last few years, I will never give another dollar to this place.

This place is cooked. They can’t keep up with their orders. They hide in the back and don’t even let customers know status of their orders. I had like 5 delivery guys waiting with me. I ordered online it took them almost an hour to get the food out. The previous owners had it rigged. These new guys. Need to figure something out. I’m moving back to my chinese place in Plumsteadville. New owners there not as good as previous. But way better than these guys.
