What a fun menu! Dishes were well balanced and greatly executed. Offers a great variety of options and flavors. We will definitely be back! Service was exceptional.
The food is phenomenal. The staff is very friendly. It was my first time here and my first time in Doylestown. They treated us like queens! Amazing first impression
This place is the bomb. There are so many things to select from and they are excellently prepared. It's like a party for your taste buds. The drinks and the desserts are great too.
The short review - this is one of the most extraordinary restaurant meals I have ever experienced.
My husband and I made a spur of the moment reservation for an outdoor table on an evening that threatened rain but was beautiful at the time, and they were able to accommodate us. The restaurant is small, and the interior was fully booked. We ate outdoors, so I can’t speak to the noise level or best group size for the restaurant. The outdoor eating space is out front and intimate.
Service was wonderful - friendly and attentive. As other reviews have mentioned, your meal is composed of small plates made for sharing, and they appear one at a time. My husband and I split five plates and I was very full, partially because there were also two complimentary items - a delicious amuse-bouche of goat cheese and cherry (I think) moutarde on a small piece of toast, and truffle-oil popcorn.
The creativity of the food (and in fact the presentation) was incredible. Black-tea ribs with ginger ice cream?! Shrimp with sour apple guacamole?! Duck samosas? There were a lot of strong flavors in everything we tried and they worked together beautifully in each dish. This chef has an extraordinary palate.
I have some mobility issues and was concerned about parking. We were encouraged to park in the lot of a bank half a block away, because it was after the bank’s business hours, and parking was plentiful. We were celebrating an anniversary and that was charmingly acknowledged.
I cannot wait to return to sample more of the menu items at Honey!
Had a good meal hear and enjoyed everything I tried. Its meant to be a small plates to SHARE restaurant. We didn't want to share our plates and ordered individually. It was still severed as a sharing option and we kept having to send back the extra utensils or wait and ask for the next course so other could eat. If you don't want to share, make that clear to bring out which dishes you want served at the same time. Overall had a great meal and would definitely go back. You will need a reservation at least a month ahead of time.
Some friends of my partner and I recently moved to Doyelstown Pennsylvania and we went out to visit. They made reservations at Honey and what a fantastic experience. Really cool menu with just a touch of Asian in it. Jason the waiter was totally on point with the dinner service. Cocktails were fabulous along with the great food. It is a small plate service so there are lots to choose and share or you can just scarf down your pick cus it's that good. I highly recommend the foie gras sliders!!! YUMMY
Small plates with excellent flavors. Creative and unique. Good value
Some were too salty and needed a palate cleanser.
One suggestion is the risotto cakes do not need the garbanzo, it confuses the dish with the lovely tomato broth. Just cakes and tomato.
Great selection of beer and wine and cocktails.
Enthusiastic service. It’s been open for 15 years so that says something.
Small restaurant call for reservation
Easily the best restaurant in Bucks County.
The menu is innovative, the team is knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is excellent. The drinks are top notch and I can’t say enough good things about the quality of the ingredients.
If you’ve never been, you’re missing out!
Order was incorrectly prepared.
No green beans
No onions
No bell peppers
Etc etc...

Excellent experience and atmosphere. I've patroned many a fine dining restaurant, and the cuisine here is consistent and delicious. Highly recommend the sunchoke soup and guinness oysters. One of our favorite local restaurants for a date night.

absolutely delicious and will continue to return for the Guinness oysters, sunchoke soup, and dragon's blood mocktail. Our second time leaving full and very happy.
Do not go here!!! Especially do not order the honey martini, black tea spare ribs, wagyu tartare, salmon tacos, ham and cheese or deconstructed Take 6. You will be addicted and your wallet can’t handle it 😂. If I could eat/drink the above mentioned EVERY DAY of my life I would. If I’m ever facing the death penalty, this would be my last meal. Seriously, the chef and mixologist are diabolical creating such amazing food.
The positives : the waitress and the host were phenomenal and really tried their best to “sell” the place. The chef does understand flavors.
The negatives : although some components were pricey such as caviar & saffron (couldn’t even taste those btw) they were minimal due to the insanely small servings. Every “plate” that was over $15 was simply not worth it. The best example was the $28 “lobster rolls”. They were ludicrously expensive for what they offered. 2 teeny tiny rolls about 2”-3” in diameter. Come on , I think you could make the rip off less obvious. Other than those , we ordered the beet salad , the octopus, the tuna crudo , the spring rolls and although some of these had decent flavors , nothing was something I’d never tasted before. We ate at a moderately priced local restaurant earlier in the day that impressed us way more with diversification and creativity (I’ll review them too). Clearly this self taught chef does know flavors but he also knows how to take advantage of the patrons. Not going back. Would not recommend to anyone.I’m shocked this gets a 4.8 and can only assume most of the prior patrons don’t have a ton of fine dining experience not to be condescending.
