Regular customer here. This JMS is consistently excellent. Friendly and conscientious staff. Error rate very low and minor, i. e. they might miss the jalapeños once a year. They're not cheap but in this case you actually do get what you pay for. Access is easy. Plenty of parking. I always use the app. It's well designed and always works the way you expect. It also saves favorite location, ltems, payment info, and customizations. Highly recommended. AFAIK there's no delivery option.

How do you not have yellow mustard has a hoagie shop or offer one or two choices of cheese? Never coming here again. Bottle of mustard is really cheap, every other store has it.

I live in Doylestown Pennsylvania and after work I picked up my order at our neighborhood Jersey Mike's. Turns out, they were out of both beverages that I had paid for online. The young man who was very busy, must have read my body language as I was tired and annoyed. He didn't say a word, but as I was leaving, he came over and gave me a coupon a free sub the next time I'm in. After having a bad day, rushing home, that gesture made me smile, made everything ok. Whoever you are, thank you. Kindness is a beautiful gift

Stopped in for a few sandwiches here in Labor Day . Staff was not attentive and very abrupt and short with the customers, very rude when ordering then tried to charge me for 3 sandwiches when one was free after I told them, the young boys working there need a attitude check .

I went here when it first opened and was unimpressed. Since it's been a while (5 years?) and they are still open I figured I would try again. Still unimpressed with the sandwiches. Giving it 3 stars since the store was clean and service was good. If you like Philly style hoagies, this isn't your jawn. I guess that's why they call it subs not hoagies though. Basically the same kind of stuff you can get at Subway, other than it's $3 to $4 more per sandwich.
