One of the worst boba places I've visited. They frequently run out of essential ingredients (e.g., no black tea available today), and the staff lacks knowledge about allergens, making it an unreliable choice for those with dietary restrictions.

Quick friendly place to grab bubble tea. Sometimes, their online system is down to pre-order. But going inside to place the order and get it takes less than 10 mins. There is 15 min free parking infront of the store so works well. We love coconut bubble tea and honey melon bubble tea.

Love Kung Fu tea, but this location has to read the order instructions before prepping the drinks. Light ice in the order description and still ending up with half a cup of ice is not good. Please read the instructions. Also, the tea and the strawberry flavor was so light, it was barely detectable.

This place sucks. The hours listed on the website do not relflect the acutal hours of operation. They are closed every time I go. Their Doordash page never works. Either they never accept the order (prob because they are closed) or I cant customize. Im done trying with this place. I will have to find somewhere else to go.

Wanted to stop by here after work and online it says they don't close until 9pm, so I drive up and the doors are locked at 8:15, the guy inside acted like he didn't see me and then ran to the back. The hours on the door match what's on the website so I don't know what the deal is. It's fine if you close at 8 but like don't advertise that you stay open until 9 and then close 45 minutes early. I also tried calling the store and no one answered even though I saw him standing right there ignoring it :)

Very good drinks. The tea is a solid option but definitely go for the slush in the summer, almost like drinking frozen yogurt. Inside is pretty small with only a few small tables.
