The Napoleon, or mille-feuille is a French dessert made with thin layers of pastry dough and sweet pastry cream. The traditional French name mille-feuille means "thousand layers" in references to the many, thin layers of puff pastry that make this dessert spectacular. The soft crunch of these sweet layers is balanced by the smooth, rich texture of pastry cream. For something truly spectacular, the Napoleon is a French pastry you must try!

This gorgeous little café in the heart of Doylestown is a gem. It's bright, airy, and has a lovely patio to sit outside in addition to a few tables inside. Lilting French music accompanies the experience outside which was lovely. I enjoyed a delicious cappucino along with a Napoleon and Sicilian Pistachio and Cassis Macarons. The Napoleon was dense and delectible, and both macarons were a taste sensation... so fresh and delicious. Service was wonderful as well, and though...

I had the most wonderful experience here. The lemon meringue tart was heavenly and the cappuccino was one of the best i’ve had, a perfect pairing on a rainy day. The atmosphere is super cute and cozy with a bunch of great choices on the menu, and it’s made even better by the young man working there who was incredibly sweet and friendly. This café is definitely a gem and I can’t wait to come back.

It is a very lovely place (especially the outdoor seating) and everyone working here from the owners to anyone else is so kind and willing to make the experience be the best. Love the pastries and coffee, and even the tea is served with beautiful cups.
