Omg. I got the drunkin grandma chicken cheese steak last night. I’ve never tasted anything like it. So big that I’m having it as lunch today as well. Amazing!!!

We LOVE Lucatelli’s Pizzeria! The best food and customer service. Even when DoorDash messes up the delivery, Lucatelli’s goes out of their way to fix it.

Super Bowl Sunday: ordered at 10:15 am for 5:45 pickup. Currently it is 7:00 and still waiting. Total disaster. A bunch of poor teens trying to expedite. Owners should be ashamed of themselves. There are carts and carts of orders then have been left behind due to the start of the game. So sad. Should have closed ordering instead of being a money hungry disaster of a business.

One of the biggest issues today with restaurants is the quality of the ingredients... and that is where this place really shines. You can tell from the first bite that everything is fresh and made-to-order. The portions are generous and while not the cheapest, the value-per-dollar is there and I can easily justify eating at this restaurant. I highly recommend Lucatelli's to anyone that wants high-quality food and for anyone who hasn't had one, try the Italian donut... amazing!

Ordered 2 large pizzas. Said it would take 40 minutes. Hour later still waiting . Asked front of house staff if they had an eta and they basically ignored me. Ended up leaving and getting food somewhere else. Almost 2 hours later I get I text my order was ready. Ended up paying for pizzas we never even ate! They really really need work with timing and staff.

I’ve known Dave’s pizza skills since Maple Glen Pizza and later at Brick and Barrel, so when I heard he opened his own spot in Doylestown, I had to check it out. Let’s just say the drive from Lansdale was totally worth it.

We ordered a cheesesteak, a chicken ranch pizza, and the bufala pizza, and everything was fantastic. The crust stood out right away—it held up perfectly even after the drive home, staying crisp and sturdy without losing any flavor. The bufala pizza, with its San Marzano tomatoes and fresh dough, had such a clean, authentic taste.

The chicken ranch pizza really impressed me. The homemade chicken cutlets made all the difference—you can tell they take the time to do things right. And the fact that they use extra virgin olive oil instead of canola or vegetable oil is a big win for my family.

The service was just as good as the food. The owner’s son was greeting people at the door, which added a nice, welcoming touch. The space itself is great too—they’ve done a beautiful job updating it.

Dave’s experience and attention to detail really show here. If you’re looking for high-quality pizza, it’s definitely worth the trip.

Good pizza, but nothing special. I don't get the hype... The teenagers who work as staff are not friendly. It may be a good option for a pickup, but I think there is better pizza elsewhere.

Central Buck’s favorite pizza joint has recently reopened its doors with a new and improved look!

Exciting news for Doylestown foodies! 🍕 Central Bucks’ favorite pizza spot, Lucatelli’s, has officially reopened its doors with a brand-new look—and it’s better than ever! I had the pleasure of attending their friends-and-family reopening celebration, and let me just say, they’ve truly outdone themselves.

The newly renovated space now offers double the seating, a modernized decor, and a much larger kitchen to keep up with the high demand. They’ve even added a beverage station while still offering the beloved BYOB option. Known for their legendary pizza and award-winning cheesesteaks (voted the best in the region—and I totally agree), this spot continues to deliver on taste while elevating the dining experience.

With accolades like being featured on Dave Portnoy’s Barstool Sports and a loyal local following, Lucatelli’s remains a must-visit for both regulars and first-timers. Same incredible food, now in a fresh and inviting space.

Pizza was oily. And if you love to wait then order there. Always a long delay.

Something needs to be said here. The first time I ordered, my side dish was missing. I thought, "Okay, mistakes happen." The second time I placed an order, two toppings I requested were missing. At this point, I was growing frustrated and wondering why a simple order couldn't be done correctly.

Last night, I placed an order for the third time: 1 Greek salad, 1 garden salad (with 2 white balsamic dressings), and a side of meatballs. What did I receive? Two garden salads, 1 white balsamic dressing, 1 regular balsamic dressing, and what appeared to be an undercooked meatball when cut into.

I strongly urge the manager on duty to inspect the kitchen's work carefully and ensure that the front-of-house staff double-check orders before handing them to customers. This level of inaccuracy is unacceptable.

Man. These cheesesteaks are all they’re hyped up to be. I expected the wait to be super long, but they had so many people working that it wasn’t bad at all. A++

Also, the vodka chicken cheesesteak is unreal. I can’t wait to try the pizza next time.

I have ordered from here multiple times and it has just got worse and worse. My food is never ready when it’s quoted to be ready. I understand you’re busy but don’t tell me 30 minutes and it be an hour just tell me an hour so I finally called And complained. I was pretty much told we’re busy. What do you want me to do very rudely. It’s a shame. The food is good, but I will not be returning.

Hello everyone, I want to leave a review about the pizzeria, a great place for snacks, there are interesting pizza options, I liked the one with eggplant, and a delicious cheesesteak, always clean, polite and friendly staff who monitor the cleanliness of the tables. Very interesting interior, children's hands are drawn to everything interesting. Judging by the number of food delivery people, it is immediately clear that the Doylestown pizzeria is in great demand among local residents, sorry, there are no photos left, since everything was eaten quickly, sorry
