Go to Ooka!
We called ahead, made a reservation for lunch, and asked if they had a full bar. Yes. So we went for lunch, and were told they don't serve alcohol at lunch, because they don't have a bartender.
The food was OK, but they were rude, slow (though the restaurant wasn't busy), and clueless -- couldn't describe their own dishes.
The owner visited our table and was extremely rude. She chastised us for asking questions about the menu, and for wanting drinks.
Update: A friend recommended it, so we tried it a second time. Not good.
The “crab” in the salad is actually kani — fake crab. The dish is too expensive for that.
We asked about the coconut soup — is it spicy? No, not at all. When it arrived it had a ton of red chili oil floating on it and was way too spicy for us; not a typical Thai coconut soup at all. The waitress had to ask the owner if it was OK to take the soup off the bill. The owner reluctantly agreed. She hasn’t learned a thing about running a welcoming establishment.

A bright spot for Doylestown bringing delicious Asian fusion cuisine. Henry was a fantastic server and great with my parents.

Hi everyone. I go to this restaurant very often. And today I was served by Jenny, she's new. And maybe sometimes she doesn't understand things yet, but I haven't seen such warmth and such excellent service in America for a long time. She's really great, and I highly recommend this restaurant and especially this waitress, Jenny!!!
I love this place. I come here often. Everything is delicious. My favorites are the boa buns. Also l love the chicken teriyaki. Back again for another excellent meal.

Nice place for Korean and Japanese fusion cuisine! It has a nice selection of cocktails and drinks... penicillin and lychee haze! Half of our group was vegetarian and we found pretty good number of vegetarian options, fried brussel sprouts, corn fritters, vege spring rolls, Ramen bowl with mushrooms! Bulgogi with rice was delicious as well! And also, mochi ice cream was very good, different from other place! Our server was very good and service was fast. Overall it was a nice experience!

Absolutely terrible takeout experience at Omiza. I placed an order at 6:20pm on a Friday evening for two items. Your staff took my name and phone number and told me it would be ready in about 45 minutes. That was reasonable, and I expected to receive a call around 7:00pm once the food was ready.
Unfortunately, no one called. I had to reach out myself, and only then was I told immediately that my order was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, the food was cold, which made it clear that it had been sitting for some time. What was more frustrating was that no apology or acknowledgment was offered.
This kind of service leaves a very poor impression. Customers expect not only quality food but also clear communication and basic courtesy. Even something as simple as a quick call when the order was ready—or an apology upon pickup—would have gone a long way. The receipt even said “valued customer.” That’s a joke. If this is how they treat “valued customers,” I can only imagine the rest.

The establishment was aesthetically pleasing and meticulously designed. However, the staff exhibited a lack of knowledge regarding the ingredients used in certain menu items. We ordered appetizers that were never served, and when we inquired about the bill, we were charged for the appetizers. While the food was satisfactory, I had higher expectations. I believe there is significant room for improvement, particularly when compared to other restaurants in Doylestown.

My husband and I love the happy hour menu, it's small but packed with tastey go to options! This includes the pork/beef buns and the popcorn shrimp! I forget the dishes name but its under soup, so good if love spicey & glass noodles! I have to admit; unfortunately, we were underwhelmed by the main dinner course options. Nevertheless, it was still tastey! Staff is friendly and attentive. Highly recommend trying this place out, we were surprised and can't wait to go back!

I had a very pleasurable dining experience at Omiza this past weekend. We were seated promptly at a nice table in the middle of the dining room and our server was polite and well-spoken. The cocktails menu was diverse and seasonal. My wife had a rum drink special and I went for cold sake. The appetizers came out in a timely manner and were hot and fresh tasting. We also enjoyed a simple salad and miso soup with our entrees. Both tasty. For entrees, we each opted for noodle dishes - pad thai and Omiza special soba noodles. Each was cooked and seasoned very well! Good size portion (we took some home). Would come back here again soon!
Never disappoints! Ramen is the best, as are the appetizers. Fun night if you decide to do the Korean barbecue. Family favorite!!!
Great food though slow
Some of the absolute worst Asian food I’ve ever eaten. To say this is Asian for non-Asian people would be a discredit to non-Asians. This was food fit for horses. Also, mediocre service from a mediocre waiter who took ten minutes to pour one glass of wine and didn’t bother to come back to check on our table. If this restaurant burnt to the ground that might actually improve the taste of the food we were served.
I rarely write bad reviews and I am always willing to give another chance. But this is second time we have dined at Omiza and one of our orders did not come out with the others. We’re not talking a few minutes: I was done with my Bento box before my husband’s Pad Thai arrived. Apparently the cook screwed up the order twice before finally figuring out what combo means.
Our waitress was very apologetic and did bring over a glass of wine. Which is more than the indifference we received the first time this happened a few months ago.
Needless to say, between the poor service and declining quality of the food we won’t be back.
