Yet again the service did not meet expectations. Wasn't busy so service should've been quick and top notch but drinks came after dinner was served and they forgot a meal for our kids. Pad Thai was good but service was so bad it overshadowed the meal.

I always have a fabulous dining experience at this restaurant. My favorite dish is the Gopdol Bibimbop, for sure. I always ask for extra spicy sauce. I also love the Dynamite Calamari appetizer and Korean-Fried Chicken, the spicy flavor. Today, I tried the Kimchi Stew, and it was phenomenal!

Restaurant is beautiful. Food is good. Like others mentioned, service is seriously lacking. They won’t check on tables, refill waters and forget to bring what you ask for. If you order anything, expect it 15-20 mins later, after you remind them.

This is the worst restaurant I have ever been to. In all of my years I have never yelled at anyone in a restaurant and I have always tipped 20% even when it wasn't great. I had to go get my own drink at the bar where I paid for it. The waitress charged me for it on my tab so my bill was wrong at the end. Every single thing I ordered was wrong. I have never had someone so stupid wait on me. I ordered 2 orders of sake salmon nigiri sushi. She brought me 2 salmon rolls. I ordered miso soup. She brought me some sort of soup that had meat in it. I don't eat meat. I ordered a spicy tuna hand roll. She brought me some weird cucumber encased hand roll that had what looked to be barley on it with a red sauce and roe. Then when the bill was wrong and no one was to be found I asked another waitress for help and she was a rude condescending b to me. I ended up letting the manager have it. I walked out. And I will never go back. I don't know how this place stays open. Nothing about it was enjoyable or good or right at all.
Korean food seems to be the most delicious here. I recommend the stone-grilled bibimbap type. I ate ramen without knowing it. The soup was vegetable-based and very good. However, I could smell a nice smell coming from the couple eating stone-grilled bibimbap next door, and I regretted my choice a little.

Food was hit or miss, the udon was completely flavorless but the bulgogi was good. Tacos were okay but not for the price. Service was good, but it took 30 minutes to get a drink because the bar was backed up. Not worth the bill. I would go back for lunch but not for a full dinner.Dietary restrictions: Great GF options

We've been a number of times. The food is always outstanding. We love the happy hour and the choices give great options across the board. The service is hit and miss. Lots of kids work there and it seems like a lot of turnover takes place. We've been served by a nice Asian woman twice. Seems friendly, but man it's slow. Like not seeing her for 15 minutes at a time slow. Drinks sit at the bar forever. The bartender ends up running our drinks visibly annoyed. We try to order extra courses but end up just getting the check because she's nowhere to be found. The last time it took 20 minutes to process our credit card. Not sure what she's doing but table maintenence is subpar and honestly, the restaurant is losing business because she wasn't on the floor that much. We will probably sit at the bar next time because it's been painful to wait forever to get through a meal.
