Terrible service. My daughter and I waited for 25 minutes without having one person come to our table to get drink orders before I left. I had 4 different servers walk by, was ignored the entire time because ever staff member outside of the bartender was on their phones. I was trying to get someone’s attention multiple times and he looked up from his cellphone and walked away ignoring me.
I went here while visiting some family. As someone who’s always a little on the nervous side, Ariel made me feel so comfortable. She addressed all of my questions and concerns. She was so pleasant to interact with, always smiling and so reassuring. The food was great, but Ariel made my experience 5 stars.
