Went with my son’s family and were seated on the patio. Our table of 6 sat and watched as others were seated and served and none of the 3 servers acknowledge us. We walked to the hostess and asked for a server. Crickets. Walked again to hostess. Nothing. Got up and left after 25 minutes of NO service. Before anyone says we should have talked to the manager, I say the manager is at fault for not training the hostess properly.

I wish I could give a review of the food or drinks, but I spent half an hour here without either. I came here with my wife, kids, and their grandparents for dinner. We were seated outside and sat at the table for 20 minutes. In that time, 2 other tables were seated, served drinks, and had their orders taken, and the server for the table directly next to us touched that table twice. Every server avoided making eye contact with us. After 20 minutes we alerted the host station that no server had been to our table. After 5 minutes, we alerted the host station again. After yet another 5 minutes we got up and left. I try to do everything in my power to try and address issues directly, and did so here. Unfortunately, this place seems to suffer from such an astonishing lack of management and employee training, that I was forced to leave a review.

What a wonderful ending to a very hectic day. Madeleine my waitress was sensational and truly made my night, just by being who she is. Thank you Madeleine for bringing some happiness to my evening. You are an asset to this establishment and I hope they realize that.

If I could give zero stars for this service, I absolutely would. This was the worst dining experience I have ever had. For September, today was pretty hot and we had a table of 10. 5 adults, 3 kids and a baby. When entering they told us our table was going to be in the outdoor section that is still closed in. We expressed concern about it being too warm, but were assured there were “plenty of fans” to cool down the area. When we are seated, it is like an oven in there. For the large space they have 3 small ceiling fans, 2 on low setting and 1 completely off. They do have the side doors open to the actual outdoor seating, but the windows by our table are closed. When our waitress comes we relay the concern and ask for them to turn up the fan volume AND open the windows as we can see they are set up just like the doors that were opened. We were told she will work on the fans, but a manager will need to open the windows. We order our food, I order mine with fries instead or chips, another person also orders fries instead of chips, another orders grilled cheese add tomato + bacon and another orders a specialty burger. We wait for a long time for our food in this oven of a room. The fans were turned on, but there was no airflow in the room. Windows were never opened. Our food arrives in stages with some getting food and others waiting at least 5-8 minutes until their plate arrives. The speciality burger is missing half the things that are supposed to be on it, the grilled cheese has the tomato, but no bacon and the two people, including myself, that asked for fries instead of chips were given chips. When this was pointed out to the waitress that we were supposed to get fries, she replied with “well it comes with chips and that’s what I wrote down” and then walked away. One of the children asked for a water due to the heat which was NEVER given to her. We ordered an additional side of fries after we were told that the fries we ordered were never written down and those took 20 minutes to get. Waiting for the check was an additional 20-30 minutes and it was so hot at this point most of us had to leave to go to our cars to use the air. We wanted to speak to a manager at the time, but all were feeling too hot and irritated and wanted to get the hell out of there. This whole ordeal took ~2 hours in a hot room with young children, a baby and very mediocre food. 2 people at the table who got cheeseburgers did proceed to get sick later that evening. Overall very disappointing and a waste of time and money.
