I had a wonderful lunch with my husband and my son outside in the little garden. The food was exceptionally good and transported us on a dream to Italy. Service was great. Bravo!

Had a wonderful lunch at this unique building. The menu has some wonderful dishes that you can't find at your typical Italian restaurant. I had spaghetti with tuna fish sauce that was delicious. We had excellent service and everything came out in a timely manner.

I really miss the old paggs from the late 90s early 2000’s. Professional wait staff limited menu but everything was excellent. Now it’s like any other basic Italian restaurant with a bunch of inexperienced kids running the floor and high prices.

Portions were so small. My husband ordered fish and it was two bites. The salad was 5 pieces of lettuce. My daughter and I ordered a carafe of wine and we got half a carafe and was told it was a full. The food is sparse and I am not sure how they stay in business. My grandson’s bolognese sauce was extremely salty but our waiter was attentive and a sweet heart. Will NEVER go back!

Don’t waste your money here. Service horrible - waited over 45 minutes for a box and check. Server never checked on us- charge for extra bread without telling us- food very salty and server never checked in after food arrived or when we were done. Will stick to other places in town where they care for the patrons.

This place is an absolute joke. Great location, but sat there outside for 35 minutes before even being offered a drink. The owner is a freaking train wreck and it’s a shame. Complete rip off and the food was terrible and cold after waiting one hour and 15 minutes for it total time. He must be too busy at his wine bar across the street. never again.

Poor experience. Will not go back. Waitress very poor communicator and barely spoke. We asked for separate checks. She did not do that, but added everything together and overcharged about $15. A scribbled mess. Asked her to redo and adjust prices. That took two times. Lastly, she didn't give us receipts. Food was tasty enough, but nickel and dimed- charged me full price for soda refill and charged $3 for extra sauce on spagetti. Asked for manager. Kitchen staff person came out and acted like he couldn't understand. He didn't talk either, so I just left in a poor humor. Restaurant significantly empty compared to busy, bustling outdoor restaurants across the street. I wonder why.

The overall review score of this place I feel like is a reflection of the area and not what they actually do. There are people that think 86 west has the best sushi in doylestown, so let’s be honest for a second. The food is absolutely incredible. Pasta is made fresh with the entrees, and if you’re not ordering outside of “bolognese” you are not truly experiencing their menu. Don’t play it safe here; order something different and you will be satisfied. The daily pasta dishes, the apps, salads, and overall food are incredible at this place and what inspires me to always experiment and make my own food bc of this place to get the closest result I can. Outstanding food and the best pasta dishes I have ever had . The pub across the street has some of the best mussels and one of the best burgers in the area. I will have lifelong cravings for their food.

After reading other reviews, I feel bad adding yet another poor one. I found the inside seating awkward, but it was too hot to sit outside. We all ordered eggplant parmesean. No sides are offered. it took a long time to get it, and the portion was small. However, it was so salty, we asked for more bread to eat with it. Three more rolls were an extra $2.85 on the bill. I ordered a salad ($11), and it came with no dressing and one tomato wedge. The wine, about a half cup per glass was $13. I didn't finish the entree - highly unusual for me, with a small portion to start. Servers were nice.
Also, we had to ask for the receipt which was not itemized. Not a good choice for us, and we will not go back

This place sucks. Bad service and cheap. A waiter tried to argue with me when they gave me a plate with no food on it. It literally had one shrimp. He said that's how it comes. That's why it's so cheap. Great 👍🏼

I had spaghetti Bolognese (meat sauce) and added meatballs to it. There was zero meat in the sauce. The meatballs were small and tasted like they came frozen from the grocery store — stiff and tasteless like cardboard.
My date had a pasta dish with a cream sauce and “ sausage and mushroom”. It had neither of the two. It was essentially mac & cheese with a little parsley on top. Tasted no different than a frozen Stouffer’s dish. Only good thing was the spaghetti itself. I would give the food 2 / 10, do NOT recommend, totally fake Italian restaurant.

Honest review. I had eaten here years ago and it was amazing!
I went here today with a good friend expecting to experience a near Italy like experience.

Well….. I walked in and was not greeted. I had to look for someone to be seated. The place was dead. That should have been a dead giveaway.

I was finally seated and waiting for my friend not offered water.
When my friend arrived the waitress asked if we wanted to hear the specials. Um, of course? Also it was Sunday at noon. They advertise brunch. We were not given brunch menus.

The waitress recited the specials and never looked at us. It was very awkward.

We ordered the carpaccio, Parmesan plate and Parma pizza.

We got: a plate of Parma cubes that look like they came from Wegmans with shredded carrots and butters we think… and 2 dinner rolls

A pizza with no prosciutto that was chewy and tasted frozen.
When we got the bill, we were charged for the Parma pizza when we received a frozen margarita. I had pointed that out to our server.

She asked if I wanted the price adjusted?
No lie!
Yes! I’m not paying for something I did not receive!

As a couple was about to enter the restaurant we motioned to them DO NOT DO IT!

They thank us!

I advise you, Do not do it!
