Ordered a Bakers Dozen The Asiago Bagel was our Favorite. What happens to the bagel in Panera Bread. The Asiago Bagel was small and tastes more like a dense loaf than a Bagel. and the size seems smaller. See pic below Asiago next to Blueberry Bagel.

The new bread is horrible. The new panera bread taste bad. More like sourdough... but bad sour dough and does not have the consistency and freshness that panera used to have. I never see myself wanting to come back and buy a baguette from them like I used to. Also when ordering our salads they consistently have missing items. Panera has lost thier way

went in for a bowl of soup. Stood at the register and after about 2 minutes a guy said “i’ll be right there”. he then went to cut 3 loaves of bread. put them in bags, took them in the back. meanwhile five staff stood chatting amongst themselves. After 5 more minutes waiting I left. Worst service ever. where is the management on the place
