Don’t waste your money! How can a simple Caesar salad be so bad? Browned wilted lettuce. Tasteless prefabricated strips of cheese. Stale croutons.

Must be the worst run Panera location in the entire country. My family has been ordering there EVERY Wednesday for the past 10 years. Over the past several years they are consistently sold out of ingredients. Almost every single week. Today at 5:30 PM they are sold out of lettuce. HOW CAN YOU SELL SALADS IF YOU DONT HAVE LETTUCE!

I used to love going to Panera but this place is so dirty. I came in this morning, hadn’t been open for more than 1/2 hour and the tables were dirty, food and crumbs on the seats and the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. Coffee station was also dirty. Will have to find a new place to meet. Such a turn off.

The cashier was giving weird vibes. She was rude to me then noticed that I noticed her weirdness then tried to apologize for said weirdness.
I was really disappointed in the product today. Had I not picked it up and ran to work I would have went back to return it to get a different one. It tasted burnt the little pieces were like eating bagel chips.

Online “take out” order: ordered a Mediterranean bowl and received rice, some greens, old tomatoes, two strips of chicken and no hummus. Called manager and he said “what do you want me to do about it ?” Hmmm…..offer to make it right??? For $12, I record a $4 meal.

I brought my kids here on a Tuesday evening around 5:30. I attempted to order 3 kids grilled cheese, but the kiosk said that they were out of all sides except a baguette (no kids yogurt, no apple, no chips, no fruit cup). Who wants to pay $4.99 for melted cheese on bread with a side of bread? I gritted my teeth and continued to try to order my sandwich, a chicken avocado melt. The kiosk also said that some ingredients for my sandwich were out of stock. At that point I cancelled my order and instead had dinner a few doors down at a lovely local pizza place. I’m done with this Panera location, their sandwiches are always skimpy and they’re always out of ingredients.
