I just recently placed an order and realized pineapple was under vegetables and accidentally clicked it and when I asked the guy about ordering a second pizza at a discount because I figured onions and peppers would be next to each other. He was very rude and unwilling to work with me on ordering a second pizza.

THIS PLACE USED TO ALWAYS BE GOOD, NOT ANYMORE!!! couldnt get my small order correct, had to drive 25 mins back to return my order and get my CORRECT garlic parm breadsticks, they tried squirting/ drizzling some sort of sauce across them and tried passing them off as garlic parm breadsticks!!! PAPA JOHNS BREADSTICKS ARE BAKED WITH THE GARLIC BUTTER PARM SEASONING-- which is what makes them so good-- i dont know what the hell they tried giving me but it looked and smelled absolutely disgusting!! i was so pissed and aggravated i asked for a refund-- THE MAN SAID NO ANS TRIED giving me some other nasty food!! i stormed out ans will NEVWR GI THERE AGAIN!!!

Pizza was delivered an hour and 10 minutes after I ordered it. Food was cold. Had to reheat it to eat it. Tried to call to complain, was put on hold. Guess I’ll think twice before ordering from there again!

Awful awful AWFUL pizza! I paid $30 for a pizza here and the pizza was AWFUL! No toppings barely and I paid extra for them and the pizza was limp and barely there. I spent over $50 for awful food. Avoid this location. They don’t care about the quality of food they are sending out. Pay the same price elsewhere and get top quality pizza but this is NOT it!

No phone human to answer the phone all automated . Ordered in person that was even more difficult. Waited entirely too long , got pizza and it taste nothing like papa John’s and very soggy / floppy .

Although Papa John’s Pizza is in my opinion, the absolute best it’s a shame because the customer service and app are absolutely horrible. The app charged my Apple account money for the pizza and never actually placed the order. So when you try to call you get some on the phone it’s someone from another country that can’t even pronunciate English properly and it makes it almost impossible to order. Although the pizza is phenomenal, the only choice you have is to actually drive to the store and order it and wait. Their app sucks. And their customer service sucks. Great pizza.

Under new management, apparently. Picked up four pizzas last night, which altered my favorite budget pizza chain ... is now at the bottom of the list. Hardly even edible. Plain cheese pizzas; how can it go SO so wrong? Tried to call to let them know in lieu of a review, but after going to the call center somewhere overseas (I think), I ended up being on hold at the franchise, listening to a voice recording over and over - nobody picked up. From food to customer service: not good anymore.
Worst boneless wings I have ever had. Barely any barbecue sauce on them at all.

Don't quite understand why this location has such low ratings. Can't speak for delivery, but pick ups are always prompt and food is hot. The pizza man is always very friendly and seems to be making pizzas, answering phones and serving customers coming in. Lobby is clean and kitchen area that is visible also very tidy. Give them a break guys- it's a franchise pizza chain not a Michilan star restaurant! Great for what it is.

Worst papa john i have seen. Ordered pizza at 7 didn’t show up till 8.45. Tried to call the location and didn’t reach till 8.45 and once i did the guy saying the driver got pulled over and he is not sure what will happen. He asked do you want me to cancel the order. I would not order from this location ever. Worst customer service. Manager didn’t worry about anything. He just wanted to cancel the order. Now have kids crying hungry.
