Don't quite understand why this location has such low ratings. Can't speak for delivery, but pick ups are always prompt and food is hot. The pizza man is always very friendly and seems to be making pizzas, answering phones and serving customers coming in. Lobby is clean and kitchen area that is visible also very tidy. Give them a break guys- it's a franchise pizza chain not a Michilan star restaurant! Great for what it is.

Worst papa john i have seen. Ordered pizza at 7 didn’t show up till 8.45. Tried to call the location and didn’t reach till 8.45 and once i did the guy saying the driver got pulled over and he is not sure what will happen. He asked do you want me to cancel the order. I would not order from this location ever. Worst customer service. Manager didn’t worry about anything. He just wanted to cancel the order. Now have kids crying hungry.

Horrible service from horrible people. Waited over an hour and a half for delivery (I live 5 minutes away). Delivery driver posted that our food was delivered 15 minutes before actually arriving. He then put the pizza on the ground, knocked and tried to run away before I got to the door. Called to complain and the manager disrespect my wife and was extremely rude

Ordered around 9 pm. 10pm rolls around and still no food. Called the store and was told the food was dropped off at the wrong house! I am extremely frustrated. The person on the phone was incredibly rude! We spent over $60 and had a horrible experience. Will be reporting this location to corporate and won’t be ordering from here again!

Ordered pizza at 5:00 pm and around 5:30 they marked our order as delivered. Then we checked for it and noticed there was nothing here so we called the store they said the driver was leaving the store then and then we waited 20 minutes (location is 10 minutes from our home) called again and the person called the driver claiming they were “4 minutes away”. It is now 6:30 an hour since our first call in to the store and STILL no food had been delivered. This is our first and last time EVER doing a delivery with this papa Johns absolutely pathetic.

The person who works here on may 11th Thursday at 2:00 is really awesome,Super helpful, and the friendliest. He helped me order a papa bowl and I hadn’t ordered one before. I was waiting for my cat who was at the vets office next door and I hadn’t eaten any lunch so I’m as starving. The service he provided was so great. The food is also amazing and hot and fresh. The ingredients are way better than “fast food” pizzerias. Thank you!!

Ordered pizza Friday night and the driver helped himself to a $2 tip on my card…. Without my permission… had he not dropped my pizza off on the sidewalk and actually come to the door he would have gotten a cash tip. I'll never order from this store again.

I ordered from papa johns not too long ago. I was really excited for my pizza and when it was delivered to me the sauce was spilled all over, there was a HAIR in my pizza, and personally the worst buffalo chicken pizza i have ever eaten. This was the first time eating their food so maybe i just got unlucky. But i will not order from here again.
