Amazing and authentic food. We love everything we have ordered. This is our third time and we will be back for more. FYI they are currently understaffed and please plan accordingly.

We never got our food. Very understaffed. Kept telling us they were very busy and only had 2 tables dining in. We had to cancel our order after waiting 45/60 minutes and our food never was even started. Very disappointing.

The food was a 3.5 oh of 5. Takes 40-45 mins to make 8 wings. Order way ahead of time.
We were regulars of the old restaurant before it became fusion palace. We tried it a few times and the only thing we liked was the banh mi. We decided to give it a try again today and got a pork banh mi and a tofu banh mi, as well as ordering two iced coffee. When our order was delivered we only received one ice coffee, which whatever not a huge deal. Our sandwiches however were just not good at all. Nothing like an actual banh mi. All of that I would have just shrugged off and not ordered again but after a few bites I noticed the tofu banh mi had bits of meat in it. So now I’m disgusted, hungry and not caffeinated eating cottage cheese for lunch. Go anywhere else but here
Vegetarian options: Tofu dish had chunks of meat in it
Not a good experience for lunch today. Place was not busy at all but it took a long time to get our meals. We each had a vermicelli dish that was not flavorful at all. Sticky rice side dish was overdone and had no flavor either. Very disappointing.

Fusion Palace is amazing!
The Spring rolls are perfection. I could make a meal out of them. My son had Pho and I had House Vermacicelli. Both so delicious. Even the iced tea with honey was so good.
I will make this place my go to for not only the food(yum!) but also the atmosphere and friendly staff.
Number one Vietnamese restaurant now for me. The best Pho soup I ever had.
Great authentic pho. Excellent food. Excellent summer rolls and dumplings.

Walked in here absolutely CRAVING soup and noodles. Admittedly I’d never had pho before stepping foot in this establishment, but pho seemed like the best thing to curb my craving!I was skeptical coming here, but I’m glad I did! I was immediately submerged in a very calming atmosphere. The music being played was absolutely beautiful, the place was very clean, and even the color paint used on the wall created a calming effect.I normally don’t order tea, but I decided if I was getting hot tea anywhere, it was here. They brought me a kettle with the steeped tea leaves, and a nice little tea cup on a saucer which was definitely more plate like. It was some of the BEST Jasmine tea I’ve ever had. My boyfriend got a strawberry smoothie, and that too was beyond delicious. Unlike most American smoothies, it wasn’t overpoweringly sweet which I LOVED.Our app was calamari (not pictured because we ate it so fast!), which was probably the best cooked squid I’ve ever eaten. It was served with peppers, onions and a duck sauce. My boyfriend got the Grilled Chicken and Spring Roll Vermicelli and it was to die for!!! He didn’t seem to know how to eat the vermicelli, but he said the chicken tasted better than any chicken he’s ever had!My main meal was Bun Bo Hue and I gotta say it was SO flavorful. It comes with a plate of sprouts, jalepenos and purple basil and the pho just wasn’t right until adding the ingredients. My boyfriend and I wound up ordering an additional plate of spring rolls because they were so well done we just had to get more! Our server was so kind, answered all questions with patience and happily brought anything we wanted.Well done Fusion Palace. 5+ stars hands down. Definitely will be coming back!

so good! i always get the shrimp summer rolls and they’re so fresh and delicious, and the chicken pho is an amazing favorite as well. i also love the thai tea! i’ve only met one employee so far and she’s so kind and incredibly attentive! my dining companions have had the lemongrass tofu, and lemongrass chicken vermicelli, which they loved. i would be in multiple times a week if it weren’t for the long commute! two thumbs up
Vegetarian options: my friend is vegan and there are plenty of options for him!
Dietary restrictions: i had notified the server of my allergies and she kindly brought my dish with a new sauce (as opposed to no sauce) without me having to ask! they also have a clear notice on their menu of common allergens they have in their kitchen. i’m nervous trying new restaurants with my allergies but i feel very safe here.

Tasty food and wonderful service!
Great bah mi sandwiches. The iced coffee is my absolute favorite, so good they should have their own coffee spot. I always want to stop in here when I'm in town.
The pho is absolutely amazing here! Best broth I’ve ever had! I recently ordered it three times in a week when I was sick as it was so comforting and nourishing.
