so good! i always get the shrimp summer rolls and they’re so fresh and delicious, and the chicken pho is an amazing favorite as well. i also love the thai tea! i’ve only met one employee so far and she’s so kind and incredibly attentive! my dining companions have had the lemongrass tofu, and lemongrass chicken vermicelli, which they loved. i would be in multiple times a week if it weren’t for the long commute! two thumbs upVegetarian options: my friend is vegan and there are plenty of options for him!Dietary restrictions: i had notified the server of my allergies and she kindly brought my dish with a new sauce (as opposed to no sauce) without me having to ask! they also have a clear notice on their menu of common allergens they have in their kitchen. i’m nervous trying new restaurants with my allergies but i feel very safe here.

Tasty food and wonderful service!

No flavor. The summer rolls were wrapped with very thick rice rolls that were gummy. There were no herbs like cilantro anywhere in the order. The shrimp vermicelli bowl was very plain. The sauce with it was so watered down it had no flavor. Again no cilantro in sight just a slight sprinkle of spring onion tops. The shrimp were over cooked. Total disappointment and now I understand why the place was empty on a Saturday night.

Great bah mi sandwiches. The iced coffee is my absolute favorite, so good they should have their own coffee spot. I always want to stop in here when I'm in town.

The pho is absolutely amazing here! Best broth I’ve ever had! I recently ordered it three times in a week when I was sick as it was so comforting and nourishing.

Trying this new place, new owners at a location of a previous same type of restaurant. It was delicious! Had the brisket pho, it was such a good broth, tender beef, fresh sides of bean sprouts, Thai basil, cilantro and jalapeño slices. Server was friendly and service was attentive. Can't wait to go back!Vegetarian options: So many vegetarian options!Dietary restrictions: They will make it any way you like!Parking: Lots of free parking in the Cross keys plaza, near the giant grocery store.Kid-friendliness: Kids will find plant to eat here!Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in, easy seating

Food here was really great. I was craving pho and was definitely satisfied after coming to fusion palace. I really loved the Bun Bo Hue which is a spicy broth, I did get it with chicken. The pork vermicelli bowl was delicious as well- loved the egg roll! Service was great and waiter made great suggestions and each never disappointed. My kids got the grilled chicken Pho and loved it too. Definitely give it a try!

Went here with friends after seeing the live nativity a few miles away - it was quiet, the service was very quick, the server (who may have been the owner?) was attentive and quick-witted (which we all appreciated), and the food was very good.

Go to Vietnam Cafe in Telford if you want what you had at Phi, same owners and so worth the drive. I don’t see this place lasting.

First time coming here after the new ownership. Had a great family lunch. The previous Vietnamese restaurant at this location had bahn mi on the takeout menu, but not for sit down(what da pho??). So It was my dream come true, when I was able to order and eat the pork bahn mi here... delicious. We all enjoyed our drinks - strawberry boba tea, mango smoothie and Vietnamese coffee. The tofu summer roll was so good that my wife ordered a second order after devouring the first. All entrees were great - traditional broken rice with pork chop, eyeround pho and shrimp pho. We'll be back.

All the photos in this Yelp space are from years ago when this place was thriving under the name Phi. I don't know what happened, but this place is now nothing like it used to be. We LOVED the crepe when it was Phi. Just so flavorful and crispy, it alone was worth the trip. Tonight we ordered the crepe take out. When we opened it, we found a tray full of unidentifiable yellow goo. I actually put a piece of it in my mouth and spit it right out. Gooey, yellow jelly-like substance with no flavor. Never again. The food otherwise is OK. It used to be really good, but now it just feels rushed and not nearly as flavorful. The place has seating for 70 people -- I counted while I waited for my takeout. There were TWO people seated in the restaurant. There is not one decoration -- not one. The walls are blank, the floor is like school hallway linoleum, there is no music and no ambiance at all. It is like a very bland hospital cafeteria in there. I felt bad for the couple sitting there; they were right in front by the door, so in addition to their voices echoing off the bare walls, they are staring directly at a table full plastic bags, staged for pickup and people standing right in front of them waiting for their takeout orders. The workers are friendly -- what's left of them. There was only one person working the dining room and the cash register and the takeouts. I really hope it comes back to what it was, because it used to be really, really good. They should: - Make a lobby -- a walled entrance room -- so diners don't have to stare at people standing there - Set up a take-out stage area that's not in the dining room; put it behind a wall or something. - Decorations! - Music, lighting, paintings, ambiance - Lower your prices!!! - Bring the Phi crepe back!!!! When you do, we'll come back too, but probably not until then.
