Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Ice is kept longer than ritas corporate allows. New ownership is completely unprofessional and doesn't pay employees what they are promised, weather it be verbal or written agreement. If you want quality, stay away from this location.

Unfortunately, Rita's itself is good. But, I ordered a Large Waffle cone and I got the amount of ice cream that would fit a kid's size cone and paid $7.50. The ice cream didn't even fill the cone. I'm just disappointed after already having a few bad days this week. Plus, I only got one napkin which had melted ice cream all over it.

I ordered a small vanilla and large coffee custard both in a cup
The small and large were served in the same exact cup and the cups had the same amount of custard. When I asked the employee she said this is how it is served, it is ridiculous for a small and large to be served in the same exact cup with the same amount of custard.

Great staff and was able to get a last minute custard. But I got charged for a large and was given a small.

The ice cream is great and tastes just like every other Rita's location but the management needs to improve. They have a couple of 16 year olds working and seemingly no adults. I stood by the window for probably 5 minutes before I decided to knock and be a little more assertive to make myself known. Also, 2 of the teenagers looked at me and ignored me before I did so. They need to have someone at the counter at all times or at least someone paying attention to the counter.

The guy behind the place told me there was free candy in the van, but instead, I ended up in Zimbabwe with Steven Mnuchin somehow. The walk back was exhausting but otherwise a pretty radical trip.

I think it's kind of great that every Rita's has different flavors of custard, ice, and even toppings. Makes things kind of fun and interesting.

One thing you can expect at all locations is the bright and cheerful service you'll receive that's almost as fulfilling as their delicious desserts 🍦

I thought that things would change at this Rita’s after the change in management, but I was clearly wrong. I had a coupon and was told to show it at the window. Once I got to the window, I gave the girl my credit card and coupon. She charged my card and told me nonchalantly to “use my coupon the next time because it didn’t work this time.” She charged my card the full price before telling me the coupon could t be applied. She sent me on my way and Didn’t even apologize. Horrible customer service.

I was just there with my family and I ordered 2 things and the girl named Gabby was very rude and just threw the ice cream at me and was very short. Didn’t give me utinisels or say have a good day. Also slammed the window in my face. Not pleased.

Overall meh. The people working there got the order wrong and completely forgot the toppings and the ice cream itself was forgettable and flavorless. Come here if you want mediocrity.

The staff is very friendly and super fast. Doylestown Women's Rugby team (along with their team dog Remus) stopped over after practice last night and the awesome servers handled a LOT of orders in a very quick, efficient, friendly manner. Love this Rita's!
