I haven’t been to this location in years but it was always good. I came with my brother, niece, and son. When we walked in there was nobody in there besides one man eating in the restaurant. This includes employees!! None to be found. Now you order at kiosks which honestly I don’t mind but then I realized it costed $3 to add chicken?? I go to other locations often that don’t have the kiosks and have never once had to pay extra. It’s always been included in the five toppings. The thing then asked to leave a tip which was insane because we haven’t even seen an employee by that point lol. The guy that made the salads was nice at least and the salads were fine, the dressing was watered down. The soda machine was down so we paid like $4 for bottle drinks. Whatever, it happens. Now the part that really ticked me off. I go to change my nieces diaper in the women’s room and it reeked of marijuana. I go to put down our changing pad on the provided changing table and there were little pieces of grinded up pot on the changing table!!!! Where people put their BABIES! Like I said, the front of the restaurant was empty and it smelled fresh so I believe it was an employee. Listen, I enjoy weed as much as the next guy and I don’t care what you do on your own time but a place designated for children?? Seriously? If a parent wasn’t paying attention or know any better a child could have ingested it. I ended up taking her to the back of the car to change her. I saw a black & mild package in the restroom on our way out. Do better.

Have been coming here for a long time, and it never occurred to me to leave a review. My wife and I eat lunch from here ~4 x a week. It’s super healthy, always fresh, many topping options and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. In the rare instance there is a mistake made, they always take care of it. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!

What a shame that salad works used to be so amazing. This restaurant is an absolute disaster. The food looks inedible, it’s expensive as heck for little toppings and throwing half the lettuce out because it’s rotted. All the sodas were out of service except the sprite. They watered down the dressing. Just a disgrace for spending so much money and not receiving the amount of what it’s worth. Also, BUG IN MY SALAD!!! $16 down the drain. Thanks!

5 stars bc to be fair I didn’t eat, but the reason I didn’t eat is bc after seeing how filthy the bathroom was, I assumed the entire place was dirty. It was clear that the employees simply don’t care. Absolutely 🤮

I like this salad works, but it depends on who makes your food. On a good day, 5 stars, today I ordered a ceasar wrap but I got a crouton wrap! I think I saw 1 pc of chicken and no egg. Where is the rest of salad? No chips, no pickle. Other times, they are awesome.

This was my first time ordering with the new kiosk system. I say that because I'm not sure if the problem with my order was because I did something wrong, or if the server didn't pay close enough attention. I gave an extra star for the benefit of the doubt. I ordered an Avocado Cobb salad. It comes with bacon standard, however none was put on my salad. So that was pretty certain an employee error. I also asked for Kalamata olives and pickled onions as add-ons. None were put on my salad. As I said, perhaps I didn't do the order correctly on kiosk, so that's a toss up. Salad was tasty, though. I requested no roll, and got a roll. Ordered a Chocolate Chip cookie as additional item. Never received it. However, that was rectified very quickly and professionally, when I pointed it out. But the server was extremely friendly and polite. I'm gonna chalk this up to just having a bad day. I get that the kiosk may mean they can have less staff. But it also seems prone to making more order mistakes. I miss the bespoke salad creation of yore. :(
My husband picked up a wrap for me. It was shaped in a ball...very difficult to eat. There was very little inside, mostly tortilla...very disappointing. I also miss the wheat wraps.

I hadn’t been to a SaladWorks in YEARS, but today made me question why! Everyone was so nice, the restaurant was clean, and the food was tasty AND ready when I arrived for pickup. A great experience overall!

The staff here gets my order around very quickly. It’s easy for me to pop on over and get something healthy for lunch without much of an interruption for my workday.
