Wow. Totally forgot a whole sandwich, wrap was falling apart with no dressing and cold soup. This place gets CONSISTENTLY worse.

Just went to Saladworks in Doylestown for a second night in a row. We arrived at 8:40, but the employees were cheerful and professional. Place was spotless. They made sure to double check if we wished for any additions or customizations on each of our items.
Was pleased to be told by the employees about the promotion via downloading the Saladworks app! Will do!
Food was fresh and tasty, just what we wanted - great place to go for something quick and healthy (not heavy, fried or smothered in cheese or sauce).
Will be back!
Parking: Easy peasy! Love Doylestown but sometimes I don't feel like finding a spot in town. We parked right out front in the lot.

I ordered a wrap and didn’t think twice about it , got home and there’s more tortilla than anything else. For a split second I thought it was some sort of prank then remembered I’m alone at home eating this right now. Do not suggest if you’re looking for anything other than a light snack.

I spent $30 on a salad because of extra toppings through doordash, BEFORE FEES. The salad that arrived was actually insulting. I just gave your company $30 and you gave me maybe a pinch of salad. Do better. Not only are your salads continuously subpar, but your prices continue to rise while your quality falls.

Ordered through the website but listed a dietary restriction. Food included items that could not be eaten. They refused delivery of correction.
Food is standard with other Saladworks but overall, they are incredibly slow. I placed a mobile order in for pick up, waited another 15-20mins after the time stated for pick up. The two staff members clearly didn't want to be there and kept attending to customers who arrived to place orders instead of spitting their time with mobile orders. They had a big back log and they just didn't care.

The best restaurant I've been too! Food didn't cost a lot of money, but was some of the best food I've ever tried. The customer service was so amazing, it had made my year. A personal thank you to the guy working there who had served us!
Vegetarian options: Plenty for vegetarians, and great food too!
Dietary restrictions: Will suit all of your dietary needs, and recommend accordingly!
Parking: Huge shopping center parking lot, got in no issue!
Kid-friendliness: One of the best places for kids, made my year!
Wheelchair accessibility: From the looks of the place it had seemed wheel chair accessible!

We stopped in to try them one more time. They were out of main ingredients including avocado and what was there was not maintained. The staff didn’t want to be there. No wonder we were the only ones there. Also what is it with the dark room? Saving on electricity? And for all that one salad and a drink……drumroll $21.50. Please avoid this chain at all costs, no pun intended

I've enjoyed Saladworks in the past, but this location clearly suffers from a lack of leadership that negatively impacts customer service and the customer experience. The manager is grouchy with his employees, who are low energy and unmotivated. The salad was somewhere between fine and mediocre. I'd rather get a salad at Panera or Chick-fil-a.

So, where do I start? The one kid that works here always looks like he’s strung out on drugs and can’t comprehend anything being said to him, and it’s clear his coworkers are annoyed by it too with how they were all acting towards him/treating him in front of myself and other customers. Then today and multiple times before, I ask for extra dressing on my salad and there is maybe a drop on it to the point I thought it had no dressing. Love paying for things I don’t get! Think I’ll stop coming here. I’ve noticed if you tip anything below the 20% they get snarky with you and shove the food towards you. I’m sorry but I didn’t know it was a necessity to tip when I’m receiving the service I get and it’s a joke to me that treating a customer the way they do makes them think we’ll tip next time or even come back. I ALWAYS tip, if you can’t appreciate what I’m giving you while I don’t have much to give, then I’ll give nothing. Used to love the food and the service but it’s definitely slacking now and I would rather drive further to go to another location

lettuce is slimy, brown and yellow instead of green. receipt attached to prove I ordered food there. honestly, a mistake. I should’ve left when I saw the lettuce. Not the workers fault, unless it’s their call to change it out.

I’ve never before rated a restaurant. But, this Saladworks in Doylestown is one of the few left in our area. I went into place an order for 4 salads. The lettuce was brown and yellow. I complained and asked if they would please put fresh lettuce out and they informed me that that was fresh lettuce. They just opened the bag. Needless to say I was very unhappy and they lost my business forever. It is very sad when all you do is sell salads and you don’t and your lettuce is disgusting.
Awful in all ways. Asked for spring mix and received wilted iceberg. Barely any toppings on the salad and wrong toppings added. Worst location. Where is corporate and management? Overpriced trash here.

Today I experienced a brush with death…. it all began when i walked into the saladworks and met loganhis kindness and casual demeanor prompted me to get extra croutons..through the whole process he was engaged in conversation and actively listening..when i went to eat my salad all was going well until i started to struggle swallowing a crouton…logan heard the ruckus i was making and immediately rushed over to deliver life saving techniques to get the crouton out of my throatwonderful man
Food wasn’t good. Grains were overcooked and crunchy. Worker did not know how to make my bowl and other workers did not walk her through. Won’t be back.
